“Bought a vehicle from them and had nothing but problems with it. I will say they did help fix a few things at first. Freon and tire sensors. Told me they would help with the cost of a ac compressor because I was gonna need one of those in the future.(would never buy a compressor from the dealer anyways ) So instead of replacing my ac system they gave me Freon and made me sign a piece of paper saying they were not taking care of any more service on this vehicle. So here I am 6 months after buying with a vehicle with multiple problems. Needless to say won’t do anymore business with the Shmidt group. They definitely sold me someone else’s problems. No need to reply to review or call me per the paper I signed stating I was responsible for all future repairs. Buyers beware.”

“I bought my 2025 traverse from McClusky Chevrolet. When I had check engine lights come on at 5,000 miles I planned on taking it to them. When I made my appointment they told me I was outta luck as far as a loaner or even a rental. Kinda had an attitude as well. So I called around to all the dealerships and out of 7 places I called Jeff Schmitt south store was the first one to answer the phone politely and listened to my problems and got right to it. I was very impressed with the staff and service I received. Richard Arden was friendly and made me feel welcomed. They serviced my vehicle and did a repair way faster than I thought it would take. They were the only ones who would get me a replacement vehicle until mine was finished. I may have made the mistake of buying my car from a different dealership who doesn't make me feel valued as a customer but I won't make the mistake of giving them anymore of my business. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Jeff Schmitt south store from now on. Thank you very much for turning a very bad situation into not that much of an inconvenience at all. “Update: 7-21-25 5 stars again!! I returned to Jeff Schmitt auto group at the Miamisburg location to once again find a car. I worked with Drew Madison. What an extremely helpful sales person and someone I would highly recommend looking to connect with if you need to purchase. Drew helped me as I sought to find an electric vehicle. He connected me with a certified used Chevy Blazer. What an incredible find and in fantastic shape. Only 4400 miles. It was just waiting for me to take it home.
