“After a 1400 mile trip from Pa I unhooked my 2009 Cooper S from our RV to find a dead battery. No crank. A jump got the car running but it needed a new battery. I called around to parts stores and was told it needed dealership installation due to registrations and ECU resets. It was now after 5. I called BMW of South Miami and got a drop off appt in 15 min. I was leery as this is an older car I wasn't wanting to sink half the value in repairs. I was provided an Enterprise (onsite) rental. The next day I got a detailed video from a tech of a diagnostic they performed as well as an estimate. It was determined that it was in fact only the battery and no other crank issues. A little piece of mind in that aspect and my bill was actually under the estimate. Syd(nia) from service made the transaction seamless and pleasant. Definitely recommend this service department.”

“I love bringing my car to this dealership for service. They are super efficient, professional and helpful. I visited to complete service for a recall. I was provided with a rental while the car was being serviced. The rental process is always so smooth. The rental is already on location which makes it nice and easy. Mattheo was great and assisted me with everything. Keep up the great work!”
