Would of gave them a negative rating if I could. Christian Solorzano is a snake and will stall to add items to your contract. I Told him repeatedly we did NOT want the extra packages and STILL added the packages after the fact than stated we had to wait 4 weeks before we could remove packages yet when I started making calls to cancel them myself, multiple reps said I didn't have to wait. I drove 6 hours for this car and never once told their was an update issue with the radio YET THEY HONDA CERTIFIED "360 inspection" the car knowing it needs an update that is not yet available per Honda Corporate and said nothing.I found out only after taking it yo another Honda dealership. Y si quieres este cuento en español me avisas que también lo publico. It's people like him as to why the reps get a bad name . Shame on you Honda for indulging in the schemes. Do NOT RECOMMEND! Son tramposos y embusteros.

My experience at Honda South Miami was outstanding! I first spoke with Internet Manager Victor Aldana, who helped me every step of the way until I was ready to make my decision. He then connected me with salesperson Roberto Nova, who found the perfect fit for my needs. After spending a couple of hours at the dealership with lots of people around, I sat down with Finance Manager Adrian Correra, who did whatever it took to make sure I went home happy. All three were AMAZING — very friendly, kind, understanding, and patient. They truly made it happen, and I left as a very happy customer. Thanks, guys!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Honda of South Miami since 2021. I had no previous issues with them, until I was sold a 2026 HRV from them last month. The car has been plagued by issues from the start, such as unaligned windows that jam on the highway, and a media console that constantly shuts down and goes black. Their service team says nothings wrong with the car. We are always told car dealerships are run by sharks trying to rip people off, but I hadn’t encountered that, until now. If you don’t want to be $28,000 in the red on a brand new car that doesn’t work, don’t go here. EDITED: Issue has since received proper attention.
