“God bless alex for helping me get a car. I was in a tight spot in my life having alot of personal problems. So I prayed before I went to the car dealership and God had sent me alex. He was helpful truthful and honest about the cars. Which cars had problems and which car was a good fit for me and my family. While the car he recommended for me I looked in the glove compartment and I seen a cross with Jesus chris I knew this was the car I needed. I'm happy with what I got and excited for my new journey in life. Dear lord please watch over alex and his family. Bless him with great opportunities to help other family like how he help mine. Take care of his health and guide him in the journey. Give him strength wisdom and maybe a child someday so he can pass on his legacy and great work to the generations to come.

“I purchased this car on August 18th, 2025, and in just three months it has been nothing but a nightmare. I spent $15,000 on this vehicle, and while I can admit it turned out to be a bad buy, the level of negligence and disrespect from this dealership is completely unacceptable.
Since purchasing the car, the battery has already needed to be replaced. I then discovered that all four tires had to be replaced because none of them were even correct for the car model. On top of that, I later noticed a crack in the windshield that I was never informed about—and it was not shown in the insurance photos at the time of purchase. That alone raises serious concerns about transparency.
The problems didn’t stop there. When I replaced the cabin air filter, I found it stuffed with leaves, which explained the foul smell coming from the car. Clearly, basic inspections were either rushed or not done at all. I was also never told that the hood was damaged with visible hail damage, another issue that should have been disclosed upfront.
What truly pushed this experience from disappointing to outright disrespectful was my interaction with the manager. When I explained everything I’ve been dealing with, his response was simply: “What do you want me to do?” No sympathy. No accountability. No attempt to help. For an establishment that’s been operating for so long and claims to “care about their customers,” that response was shocking and insulting.
To make matters even worse, I’ve been locked out of my car twice because I was never provided with a proper key. I had to pay to have my car opened both times, and once again, the dealership offered zero assistance or concern.
All of this has happened within just three months of owning this car. I couldn’t be more upset or disappointed. This experience has been stressful, costly, and completely avoidable with honesty and basic customer care. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice—because once the sale is made, you’re clearly on your own.
as u can see in these photos provided below, no crack in the windshield and the suspension is also messed up, all around i would never recommend anyone to purchase a car from here. and u can see the key has no physical key to unlock my car, matter of fact the keys are from china, i live in miami florida makes no sense.”
