“I went into the dealership to purchase a new car. I was there to look at a vehicle I saw online and I told the salesman I was paying cash. He wouldn’t take anything off of the sticker, then walked away and dismissed me. No one offered any alternatives of another vehicle…. They just dismissed me. I could have bought a brand new MDX today… no financing needed. Something is seriously wrong with the customer service culture at Walker Acura. I am really disappointed !!”

“Cool dealership, I'm still in my research phase. So far so good, I came into test drive, I didn't have my physical license with me, Arnold was kind. I'll bump up the review if we can come to terms in a month or so when I'm ready.”

“First off I want to say I am not mad at this place. But I definitely feel like it's my duty to bring awareness to people suggesting to do business here.
Greed is what runs this place and its management. To the point where the salesman (Joe Loyacano) admitted how wrong I was treated by upper management in the deal that was about to take place.
Details about what happened are un-important, but just know this place doesn't know a single thing about integrity and honesty.
Make sure to check y'all's numbers very very clearly because they will absolutely try to upcharge and move numbers around. I was going to be charged an extra $2,000 for absolutely no reason being and although they admitted and fixed that issue, the rest is history and only got worse.
The sales manager will treat you in a very unprofessional manner and can care less about the people trying to spend thousands of dollars on a car..
Again, I hope no one else goes through a bad experience like I did, buying a new car should be a joyful and happy and honest experience. This place is a reason why dealerships get a very bad rap...
And to the salesman, and all the others there, I hope y'all find a better place to sale cars, y'all do not have to put up with that kind of management... I can't imagine having to work in that environment.”

“This location is horrible. I've owned Acuras for 14 years, and this is the worst service department I've ever dealt with. Acura is supposed to be a luxury brand, but when you walk into the Metairie location, you're treated like you don't matter at all.
Vernon Aprils has been rude, nasty, and unprofessional on multiple occasions. A few months ago, I arrived slightly before opening, and instead of greeting me, he snapped, "We don't open until 7:30." Today, when I came in for an oil change I was told should be free, the staff refused and gave information that directly contradicted what I was told when I bought my car. When I asked to speak with the manager, he refused to talk to me-even though he was sitting in his office chatting with another employee. I ended up leaving because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there. I even considered getting rid of my vehicle just to avoid ever dealing with this service department again.
Terrible customer service. This is not how you treat loyal customers. The next closest Acura dealership is an hour away, and I shouldn't have to travel that far just to be treated with basic respect.”

“Joe was amazing to work with! I was searching for the right vehicle for my wife and found it at Walker Acura in Metarie, LA.! I called Joe and had a great discussion about a 2025 MDX A-Spec.
