“I was driving my 2006 Honda Element from Kissimmee,Florida to Houston, Texas when my window regulator failed in Mississippi. I called the nearest Honda dealership and they said that they would have to order the part for a repair next week. The lady in the parts department looked into the system for a dealership between Mississippi and Texas with the part in stock and found it at Royal Honda in Metairie, Louisiana.
I dropped the vehicle off at closing time and they promised to get me back on the road tomorrow. The next day, I was offered the option to use an aftermarket part that was readily available that they had confidence in with a one year warranty on the part and labor. The OEM window regulator was not in stock which made my decision easy. The new regulator works perfectly. The repair price was reasonable, especially because it was an emergency and they fit me in during a super busy day.
The Service Manager, Joe Danna took good care of me and I recommend the dealership because of my experience.”
