Charlie Brown and all the managers work so hard to get us a beautiful vehicle and we’re forever grateful to them. I’ve been dealing with Priemer Nissan of Metairie since 2018 and no other dealership could ever take me away from this company they’re the best this side of Louisiana. Plus now I live in Houma, La. I pass by all these companies and call Charlie Brown he is the man about town and surely knows how to get down with the deals. I cannot say enough about my salesman Eric Eskinde. I just purchased a 2026.5 Nissan Rogue Dark Armor, and Eric was right by my side guiding me thru the entire process. We had somewhat of a mishap with my debit card which left me so disturbed where I almost canceled the entire transaction, but Eric's action made me feel comfortable enough to continue. His professionalism, attentiveness and genuine concern about the situation is what convinced me to continue with the purchase. He ensured that I was at ease until it was resolved. I recently purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel valued, supported, and completely taken care of. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. The process was smooth, stress-free, and far better than any car-buying experience I’ve had before. They explained everything clearly, worked with my budget, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Driving off the lot with not one, but two new cars felt incredible and it wouldn’t have happened without such a dedicated team. Premier Kia of Kenner sold me the car then thought I could trust premier Nissan to fix all the issue I was wrong. UPDATE over a year later and after being registered for only the last four months it’s been in the shop for replacement engine and replacement turbo which by the way was what the recall they didn’t tell me about was for then it wasn’t installed properly and the electric steering rack is now useless and let’s just say filing my lawsuit next week enough is enough a $35,000 paper weight that’s been in the shop over 79% of the time I’ve owned it. Now no one wants to fix it and again nothing but run around. No one wants to be accountable so thankfully I have my timelines call logs emails and invoices along with the citations issued by the office of motor vehicles. No one wants to be accountable and between premier Kia and premier Nissan who had the car for four months doing the motor replacement no one wants to just fix my car the way it should be so I’m done paying for rentals and uber rides or parking or deductibles. So it’s time to say enough is enough. You can’t treat people like this. I’ve taken my car back three times for issues after the motor replacement then for them to say that it was a part broken before which we have proof it’s been that way since I purchased it then for Kia to say they broke my steering rack and need to fix it since they made the money off the $14,000 they charged the extended warranty to then premier Kia saying they can’t even get the part anymore all for a vehicle I have 14 invoices for for work allegedly done in 14 months and no one wants to be accountable and everyone passes the buck so I’m done. Thankfully filing my lawsuit next week after collecting all my records and proof and photos and screenshots of emails and texts and recordings. Someone needs to be accountable. Here’s photos of what the previous owner and employee of premier Kia glued to what premier Nissan did to the module which we just found out they disconnected and never plugged back in. So premier Kia says it is Nissans fault and Nissan says not their fault. If anything look up court filings before you trust anyone

HI this turned out to be one of my best experiences with a dealership. I went in looking for a certain vehicle and ended with one never thought possible. The paperwork was not even dry from being traded in, but Doren asked if I wanted a quick look. BEST choice ever!
