“First off let me start this by saying, I should have known better. This is 100% my fault. I should have done more research, and trusted my gut that when a deal is too good to be true, it probably is. I purchased a 2018 Range Rover Velar S back in September. The sticker tag was low, miles were low, and it’s a beautiful car. After asking a series of questions to the sales person, he assured me the car was reliable and had no issues. Now, I know he just wanted to make a sale. Not even a month into having the vehicle, the air suspension system went out, and just a few short months later the whole cooling system has taken a ginormous poop. What they didn’t tell me is no one will work on a Range Rover (and I mean no one) unless it’s the dealership. So, if you have a small fortune to spend on a broken down vehicle, it’s no big deal. BUT as a single woman who pays all her own bills… it’s not feasible. All things I told the sales person when I got on the lot. Knowing my story, knowing all the details, he should have put me in something more reliable. Now, I have no car, a car note, repair bills, and a mountain of stress. Do yourself a favor, and trust your gut before you trust these guys.”
