“Had to take my car in for a recall. When I called to schedule an appointment, I got the privilege of doing business with Mark Turner! Mark made sure to work with me on scheduling even though I had to call and reschedule once. He was very kind, understanding and helpful. Once I got to my appointment I was greeted with a friendly hello. I was told it would only take an hour and actually I was surprised it was less than that. I had a 5 + experience, Mark was absolutely the best! He listened, wasn't pushy, and had a great sense of humor. It's employees like Mark Turner that make experiences worth experiencing. If I ever need any work on my car in the future, I'll definitely be going back here and making sure I deal with Mark. Not only was Mark great, the whole team was amazing. Very respectful, kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend coming here for all your buick needs. Or to even purchase a car. Thank you Mark and Team.”

“didn’t have a great experience buying my previous car, so I was pretty nervous going into this one. I wasn’t even sure I needed a new car, but I was open to it if I found the right deal at the right price.
From the start, I worked with Mac, who was awesome. He wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t make it feel like a sales pitch. Instead, he took the time to understand why I was looking and helped walk me through my options so I could make the best decision for myself.
Once I chose the vehicle, I met with Tom for the financial portion. I had a rough trade-in situation, but he and the team genuinely went to bat for me. They worked hard to get my payment and interest where I needed them, and they were able to include GAP coverage and an 8-year extended warranty, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
In the past, I’ve always felt like dealerships were filled with “vultures” waiting to pounce—but that was absolutely not the case here. Everyone I interacted with at GMC was welcoming, honest, and straightforward. I felt comfortable the entire time.
I’m genuinely happy with my experience and very glad I chose to get my vehicle here.”

“I had a pretty good experience overall with this dealership. I would certainly give 5 stars for the people I worked with being Alan in sales and Tracy in finance. They were spectacular and earned my trust and my business. The reason for 4 stars will be told in my story.
I’d been shopping for a very specific vehicle for 8 weeks across the country. It was not easy to find and when I did the dealers were gouging the prices. When I found what I wanted at Earnhardt I called immediately and started making plans to buy it because it was the best price in the nation. Alan was great and answered all my questions. My only problem was I was out of state. When I asked about shipping I was told the management refused to ship the vehicle, which complicated things for me. But I booked a flight and made plans to pick it up 2 days later. My other issue was the dealership didn’t have any type of ride service for me when I arrived at the airport. You’d think if they refused to ship a buyer a vehicle they would at least send have some sort of courtesy pickup at airport. But I got an uber for $65 and got myself there. So that’s the reason for 4 stars.
Everything else went flawlessly and I got a spectacular vehicle! I turned around the next day and am happy to report I got 35mpg in my diesel Yukon! I appreciate their honest pricing and no pressure sales and finance team. Recommend people locally shop here first.
UPDATED - I found a significant issue with my vehicle that the dealership knew about and yet did not inform me before purchasing. Now it’s in the shop getting fixed, and I’ve contacted them 6 times trying to get them to cover the cost of this issue and I can’t get an answer. 1 star rating to get their attention. Will update if appropriately taken care of.
2nd UPDATE The GM called me personally and worked it out thankfully. Bill should get paid.”
