“Took my truck in to have basic service done
Oil change, transmission fluid, EGR system clean out, tires, coolant flush and battery installed.
Almost $5000 with military discount and oil change contract.
light to service front park sensor came on right when I pulled out the dealership wasn't on before. Service advisor plugged in to system "well we can have the tech look but would be a diag charge".
Get it back driving home smell coolant and oil burning about 3/4 of the way home. Mesa to Globe
Get home look and coolant level below cold fill line. Also noticed a bolt was half way out for the HPFP , right where the tech head was at.
Take photos send to service advisor basically told me to "fill it up myself it happens sometimes" "did get all the air out of the system". Why did i just pay you all Almost $5000, if I wanted to spend my doing it I would have.
Called talked to a manager at dealership said he will have service manager call that didn't happen, call and message the dealership, service advisor, leave message and nothing. The few days later light comes on for engine. End result had to go buy a vehicle.
Still zero communication back from dealership management or service department.
Update a manager from the service department called me a few days ago
said he called me on 2/2 and left voice mail... odd phone shows zero missed calls and zero voice mails. He also did not seam to care that I spent almost $5000 for service and it was not done correctly as you can see from the photos. All he said was he will look at the text messages from the service advisor. Requested his boss to call me and was told he would let him know....
Zero check lights on before they did basic service to the truck then about 200mils after getting it back check lights, over heating.
100% disabled veteran fixed income. And this dealership and management seams to have zero care for anything”

“We had a great conversation leading up to the purchase of our new to us Jeep. We had to drive 3 hours to look at and purchase our Jeep. It was worth it!! Our sales person Peter was very personable and had the information ready for us. As we had asked many questions of him , so we were ready and informed about the Jeep to drive it and make a decision. Never did he or the finance team make us feel pressured or uncomfortable as we stepped away to have a private conversation about our decisions to pursue or not pursue our our purchase.There were no hidden agenda by finance or By Peter. We felt they were genuinely giving us all the details we questioned about the purchase ! We drove away happily with our new to usJeep!!! Great team great experience!
