“I just bought a new van from this dealership last week. It was late in the evening and they couldn't get the van cleaned and didn't have the second key. So, I arranged to get off work to come in this morning (Tuesday) to pick up the key and have the van detailed. Turns out they lost the second key and took 3+ hours to clean the van. Then, as I'm driving away I notice the winshield still has streaks from when it rained a few days earlier. So I run my hand across the dash are realize they never cleaned the interior either. 3+ hours to NOT clean the vehicle and NOT get the second key. I have no idea whats going on there, but it is not service.”
