βService department is ridiculously slow, waited 2.5 hours to swap out a battery that died on my 3 month old car. No updates during my wait, just told after two hours they got behind and were just starting my car.
The buying experience however was exceptional.β

βI'm 65 years old and have bought dozens of cars over the years and this dealership is the WORST I have ever dealt with! I lived in AZ for many years but moved to Texas a few years ago. We still have clients in AZ and I wanted to buy a new Infiniti and Coulter has one on their lot that we would like. I was very specific about getting a price from them because this was all over email. I specifically ask them if they would match another dealers price and they said yes they could match it. I specifically said before I filled out a credit application that I didn't want any surprises with dealer add's to the pricing. He said no there would not be any but the fees were not negotiable. I filled out the credit app and was approved and I was ready to give them a deposit and looked at the contract and there is a "fee" for dealer prep of $1995 that includes Tint, paint and interior protection, door and cup guards. Also there was another charge for a "Key Fetch" for $499 for losing my key fob. That is $2494 of dealer adds that they put into the contract! Coulter Infiniti needs to understand the word FEE has a definition of a service (not products) and totally mislead me. We all know that inquiries are not good for your credit and that is why I was so specific on my request. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALERRSHIP!β

βI bought a beautiful Infinity Q50 over here because it's near my house. I love the car , but the service is very much of a distraction. I paid for lots of extras , including several add on warranty products. Don't ever do that at this particular dealership, unless you like dealing with "pros" who mistakenly "forget" or claim your coverage doesn't exist every time you come in. Along with my coverage I'm supposed to have access to a courtesy vehicle every time I have my car serviced. I've never received this once.β
