Do not recommend coming here if you are a woman. Had my car serviced here back in June, Scott was my service advisor. My cars hard top convertible was having issues and not working. I left my car there for 5 days without being given a rental. They claimed in order to diagnose the issue they had to completely take the trunk apart. After they did this, they claimed that the trunks actuator was broken, it was not covered by my warranty and at a point quoted me over $2000 to fix. I went months stressing trying to save up to fix it. Now imagine my surprise when I am getting an oil change else where, I ask them for a quote on fixing it, and they popped the trunk open with 15 minutes to find that my netting was simply caught in the latch. They never took it a part like they claimed they did. It is working completely fine now, but I paid hundreds just to get it diagnosed when an actual honest mechanic fixed it in 15 minutes for free. I will be reporting to the BBB, do not trust these men.

My experience from beginning to end has been very positive with Colter Infiniti Mesa,Az. This was our second time visiting and we were greeted with a smile both times. We had enough time to discuss concerns with service manager Jose. We were able to enjoy the nice weather outside while we wait on our diagnostic. Jose also gave us complimentary bottle waters which were nice and cold. Jose engaged with my special needs son and that was really an important part of the visit. He was excited just to get the fist bump again. We appreciate every single minute that was taken to make sure that we were comfortable and safe on the road in our Infiniti. Thanks again

This review is for the parts department. Specifically, Henry Hernandez, Marcos, and Alex. We are a small shop in Casa Grande, AZ. We ordered a part, and it arrived damaged. Marcos sent pictures and I spoke with Henry (Parts dept Management) we agreed on 25% discount. Only to find out off of retail price, not the price I had already paid. That was not clarified during the call with Henry. And of course Henry no where to be found, "He is in a meeting" I was told. I have done a lot of personal business with Coulter Infiniti, and I know Toby (Service writer) well, he has always been great to me. Yes, our shop is small and insignificant to this big dealership, and I will make sure I drive the extra miles for parts the next time we need Infiniti parts. Coulter will not be getting any more of our business, Very disappointed. UPDATE: Yesterday Henry (parts manager) called and expressed his concern about my visit. I appreciate that he followed up and did offer me an additional credit. I believe he at least tried to make it right. I do want this to be an honest review and so I felt the need to update. Even though I was not happy with the outcome, I do appreciate your call. Thank you.

Will like to think Noah and Robert for making this deal go through smoothly. Great crew to work with. I highly recommend them. Was looking for a QX70 with low miles for over 2 years! Finally came across one they listed with extremely low miles and I had to have it! I was a little skeptical during the buying process because of a little miscommunication, but they took care of that for me. Noah was very understanding the whole entire process. A very cool down the earth young man! They shipped the car right to my front door, literally! I will most likely do business again with them!

Delaney was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We had a great experience with Henry as well. The dealership was very clean. We got an unbelievable deal! We love our new Infiniti and highly recommend Coulter Infiniti to anyone looking for a vehicle.
