Wonderful experience with these folks. They gave me an excellent price on a new vehicle and a fair value for my trade-in. Vinny was just the coolest salesman ever, he was super professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This was seriously the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, no doubt I have Vinny to thank for that.

I had a great experience buying my car from Matt. He was friendly, kind, and genuinely seemed to have my best interest at heart. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process feel easy and pressure-free. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision, which really stood out to me. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and I couldn’t be more thankful for his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend working with him!

"Potential Spam", known to everyone else as Chase, was very kind and patient through my car buying process. I am happy to recommend others to Chase and the entire team at CardinaleWay Mazda, when they are ready to purchase their next vehicle! Blessed and Highly Favored!!!

I have never seen a better dealership, regardless of make. CardinaleWay Mazdas Service department is absolutely top notch. I worked mainly with Aaron Acre, Service Advisor. Aaron is extremely professional but also has a fantastic customer service personality. I have never been treated so well. I could write paragraphs about Aaron, but surfice that he is good. I had bought a fantastic 2009 Mazda NC Miata (2 pictures), from a private party, and brought it in to have it inspected. CardinaleWays inspection was not only through, but was video recored by the technician.( who does that? ) He commented on vital parts of the car, both in the engine, and underneath the car while on the rack. All the while filming as he was talking. Unbelievable. Rich Kaufman, Service Manager also greeted me and got involved with the process ( what Mgr does that?) And, when I picked up my car, he made sure everything went as I expected. My wife, being handicapped, could not pick me up. So Aaron got me a fantastic loner car. They even certified my milage on my Miata as I had been taken advantage of by the Arizona MVD . I could go on and on how I was treated at the MVD. However, CardinaleWays made me feel like I was special. Amazing group. Aaron made sure I got all available discounts on the services I had done Also, while I waited for some of the work to be done, I met Mike Way in sales. Nice low pressure salesman with a good personality. I told him I was having my vehicle serviced and that I really liked my OLD Miata. Although I am not in the market for a new car, I let him take me out in a 2025 somewhat loacded,Mazda CX3. About the size of our VW Tiguan, but much nicer. It may be our next car, Thanks to Milke for the demo. Now, I dislike big dealerships, car or motorcycle. Questions, pushy, no feeling of friendliness. But, CardinaleWays Mazda is not that dealership. They know how to treat a customer. Therefore, I may continue my service here and will strongly consider Mike as my go to person, when I'm ready to buy Thank you CardinaleWays Mazda for a very pleasant experience .

I have been a fan of Mazda for over 30 years. I have been shopping and getting service here the entire time. Nick has been amazing, and his protégé Eric does not disappoint. I've seen Nick through his ups and downs over the years, and im glad he's still with us. I am blessed to be taken care of by someone who understands the calling of service to others. Nick, you're always in my prayers. Thank you for the many years of service. The snacks and drinks are complimentary. It's nice and cool in the living room, and you won't mind waiting on the pit guys to finish up. Matt, if you still work here, thank you for all the smiley faces on the reminder sticker. If you're considering a Mazda, I urge you to become part of the family because this is how they make you feel.
