“I didn’t want to get here and I tried. I bought a pre owned BMW from Brian. Within 2 months and less that $1k miles (secondary vehicle). Turns out I have 4 cracked rims and one has been “repaired” but incorrectly based on rim repair companies. They also sold me a warranty, with roadside. Except the roadside company doesn’t have my info so it’s been in my garage for a month. Everytime I try to get info the person I need is “on vacation” and their solution is we’ll split the cost of the rims. So I’m going to go half in on a set of after market 22s if they deliver. I attached photos so you can decide. Did they know or was the inspection process so bad they didn’t? Buying a new car from here maybe. I wouldn’t buy another used one from them if it was the last choice. As a fellow salesman. I’m very disappointed in this process. Learn from me.”
