“My wife Wanda and I recently traded vehicles at Bo Haarala Autoplex for the first time. We traded in a 2015 GMC Terrain for a Cadillac XT5. I could say that this has been the best experience at a car dealership in my life but that would be an understatement. I knew the car we were trading in was good. There were a couple of minor things we saw wrong with the Cadillac but they took care of them. Markeo Kendricks was the salesman I highly recommend him. Again, I told him I did not expect them to fix it but he insisted. The light came in a few days ago and today, they got it put in for me....all at no charge. Folks, this is what you call going the extra mile and customer service at its best. I teach a course on customer service for Workforce Development so I know what I am talking about.
