The whole purchase experience was the best, most pleasant new vehicle transaction that I have ever had. David was very professional and friendly, we discussed what I was looking for and the availability of a new truck that would fit my needs. I made the decision to purchase a truck and everything was patiently explained to me without any pressure to purchase added products and services that I didn’t want or need. David had me discuss the details and do the paperwork with the Finance Manager, Mark Aguayo. Mark handled the transaction, and explained everything, without pressure. Mark handled scheduling taking delivery of the truck and was very responsive to my questions, and updating me on the arrival of my new truck. Carlos Kirk was my sales representative and fully and patiently explained the features and operations of the new truck. I had a great experience with Razzari Ford and the team that helped me with my purchase.”

Set up an appointment with Carolina who also provided transparent out the door pricing and a trade in estimate via text. Jazz and Erik were ready to greet us before our appointment and made the buying process easy. Quick test drive with Jazz, who was very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed selling style and was not pushy, although it was probably helpful for him that we knew what we wanted and were set on purchasing the vehicle as we already saw pricing that we were happy with. Took a bit longer than we'd like as we got the keys just under 3 hours after first entering the dealership (with a pre-approval from our credit union), but overall, a great experience purchasing a used vehicle with Razzari Ford.”
