“Genesis of Mentor is great, Alison is a great service advisor and communicates very well. This is my second G80, and I am a little displeased by Genesis as a brand. The fit and finish just isn't there, this last stint in service lasted a month, waiting on the technician(s) to decide on what was wrong, how to fix it than going back to the drawing board when that didn't work. Thr first time my car went in for a transmission and electrical draining issue the dealer had my G80 for 100 days. I would get rid of the car but I love my G80 though my confidence in it is definitely waning.”
