“I had to stop in to the Toyota Service Center today where I have all my maintenance on my Camry done. I always have the best service and today was no exception. I had to stop in for a quick issue on one of my tire valve stems and Nick took care of it for me so quickly! He was extremely kind and professional and I greatly appreciated his help. As always, thank you Classic Toyota Service Center!!!!”

“I bought a vehicle from Dylan. He could not have been more helpful. He was attentive and answered any questions I had in a quick and timely manner. When I arrived after talking with him over the phone, the paperwork was ready and the car was cleaned up and parked out front. It made for a quick and easy process you won’t find in most places.
I worked with Billy in finance. He truly knows how best to help you in any situation. He was able to find the right approval with the right bank to match my needs, while also helping me to ensure my vehicle is protected for any future problems.
These two, as well as the rest of the staff I interacted with were nothing short of excellent. Very accommodating and professional. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for these two, but on the whole the dealership itself was great. You can’t go wrong here!”

“I recently returned to Classic Toyota to have my bumper repainted after the original paint job was done incorrectly, which caused the paint to peel. They agreed to redo the work at no cost, and I was assured by a manager that the entire bumper would be repainted.
When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the bumper was not properly fastened. All of the bolts holding the bumper on the bottom were missing, and instead of repainting the entire bumper as promised, they only did a partial job. This not only reflects poor workmanship but also raises concerns about future issues.
When I reached out to address the situation, I was met with excuses and was told that my bumper was in "horrible shape"—even though it’s a brand new bumper they installed less than two years ago. This feels misleading and unprofessional, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.”
