“I recently returned to Classic Toyota to have my bumper repainted after the original paint job was done incorrectly, which caused the paint to peel. They agreed to redo the work at no cost, and I was assured by a manager that the entire bumper would be repainted. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the bumper was not properly fastened. All of the bolts holding the bumper on the bottom were missing, and instead of repainting the entire bumper as promised, they only did a partial job. This not only reflects poor workmanship but also raises concerns about future issues. When I reached out to address the situation, I was met with excuses and was told that my bumper was in "horrible shape"—even though it’s a brand new bumper they installed less than two years ago. This feels misleading and unprofessional, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.”
