“I’ve never owned a Mazda- what an awesome vehicle! We had 2 experienced mechanics, a car buff and family member (Mechanical Engineer who just bought a Mazda) recommend the Mazda CX-5 and the Toyota RAV4. Both seemed good but the Mazda colors and options blew away the Toyota (way boring 🥱) so we ended up at Classic Mazda in Mentor. I like car shopping as much as a visit to the dentist but this experience was surprisingly pleasant! Low pressure, knowledgeable sales person (shout out to Jesus O. He even sent personal video tutorials, as we couldn’t stay after the purchase for the instructions 😃👍) The whole process was streamlined, professional and pretty quick.
