“I received excellent service and advice.
My whole experience was overall wonderful. Norma did a great job of getting everything started and when she realized that it could be a warranty job she sent the information to Robert. Robert did a great diagnosis And I was able to get my clutch replaced under warranty. As things went on, he noticed I need an engine mount and a transmission mount. I took his advice and had everything done that he suggested. My car has never run smoother. Norma and Robert were very professional and very helpful. I definitely plan on returning for any other needs that come up.”

“Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the Service Dept.. My son's headlights were out, so I scheduled an appointment for him to have them looked at. I received a call shortly after my son took the vehicle in, and was asked if my son had been "messing" with the lights, to which I replied that he had not. They said that the lights simply needed to be screwed in and that they were now working. I was charged only a diagnostic fee, and was pretty happy that that was the only issue. However, later that evening, one of my son's lights went out again. We took the vehicle back the next day, and after spending more time looking into the issue, they determined that there was "faulty wiring," and quoted me $2800 for the repair. I definitely wanted another opinion, so I took the vehicle to Soeren's Ford in Brookfield. You can imagine my shock when they determined that the vehicle simply needed new light bulbs. We opted to have an oil change done at the same time and a full inspection of the vehicle and tire rotation. After all was said and done, we paid $350. Gordie Boucher's Service Dept wanted to charge me $2800 for an issue that did not even exist. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but given that it appears other people have had similar experiences, I think others should be aware.”

“Man the people at the ford dealership are great! Took care of my van for a oil change, noted some things that I should maybe get done. On top of that all they send you a whole video of the bottom of your vehicle for inspection!!! I think that’s really the cherry on top! They don’t have any hidden fees or try to add some other crap that you would never need like some other places. So 100% recommend!”

“My sales person was Zack It was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was getting and Laura is the finance manager who is very helpful getting the deal done. If I had to do it all over again I would pick them 2 They’re a fantastic team and we’re recommended to anybody 2025 F-150 thanks again Laura and Zack go check these people go out. They’re fantastic.”
