“Well let's just start with the lack of response time poor. Dropped off my 2021 1500 for a transmission shutter. $600 later for them to look at the fluid and a software update. The shutter is almost gone but that's ok with GM and may warranty later right........ Told them also the trucks fan and temp gage started to run and over heat. I believe it was the coolant control valve. But the tech said no and did something and it worked for 3-4 days surprise it stopped working. Found a code for a crankcase ventilation hose. 4 days later guess what pops up crankcase ventilation hose and pressure sensor codes Seriously already had my truck for 3 weeks now out of warranty surprise surprise. $28 dollar part and 31 mins later new sensor was installed by me. Ewald would like to charge $855 Beyond frustrating GM”
