“We needed to purchase a car very quickly. Paul Macchi was wonderful. Not only did he help us find what worked best, he handled all the paperwork and registration very quickly. We drove off with a registered and inspected car within 3 days of coming in. Paul made the process smooth, pleasant and stress-free (not words that I usually associate with buying a new car). Will definitely come back to Paul next time we need a car.”

“If you are thinking about buying a car here, think twice!!
Or at least get what the salesperson agrees to for pricing in writing before they have to write it up with a rude and arrogant sales manager, like Lucas. In our case, Lucas refused to honor what we were promised and was very condescending. They lost the sale and we will do business elsewhere.
Salesperson, Mo, was fantastic - and we would happily work with him if he wasn't at Imperial.”

“We just traded in our 2017 Suburban for a Z71 Tahoe and worked with Gabe. He was really patient and super nice. Walked us through everything we needed and all the options we were looking for. All said and done we were in and out in 2 hours with a new truck. Great experience. Make sure you ask for Gabe.”

Review: this is the second time my wife and I have visited the imperial Chevrolet dealership. I will be writing a second review for the first time that we went, but wanted to start first with this one as it was the most recent. When you come into imperial Chevrolet get a very similar feeling the most dealerships that you come into, there are vehicles on the showroom floor, usually the cream of the crop. But one thing cut my eye was the amount of sports memorabilia. I thought that was an interesting touch. The other interesting touch that I wanted to mention was that the salesman didn’t descend on you. Often times when being a dealerships that feeling sends a bit of a poor message. I actually approached Gabe extended my hand for a handshake and told him that I needed help with my previous sale. To which he responded and helped me immediately. I then explained to him that we were in the market for another vehicle and that we’d like to test drive a few -Hyundai palisades. He pulled around both vehicles promptly and gave my wife my daughter and I the opportunity to test drive them for ourselves. When we returned, we sat down at his desk and we talked to the price. Now some people may have issues with negotiating, if you do, I suggest you come here. Reason being is that between the salesman that I’ve worked with, and the sales manager, Mr. Mancini, I am Sure that you will have a pleasurable experience as they are out to make sure they give you a fair deal and can get you in the car you most want to drive quickly and cost efficiently. I highly recommend purchasing Or leasing a vehicle from these folks. The experience with everyone, especially Gabriel or delightful. Thanks guys!”
