I had Mr J. Rhodes for my salesman. Mr Rhodes is one of the most humble person I’ve met in a long time. He’s a great salesman. He simply gives you all the good details about the vehicle and let you make your decision whether to purchase it or not. My daughter and I enjoyed every moment that we shared with him. Not only was he my salesman but he uplifted us spiritually. Nissan you should be proud to have Mr Rhodes as part of your company. Thanks Mr Rhodes!!!

I had Thomas as my service advisor and he was very helpful throughout the entire service! I had my transmission fluid changed, engine drive belt replaced, and my brake pads replaced. They were very speedy and everyone I spoke to was friendly. I was updated throughout the service about all of my concerns and the price to fix it. Thomas was very kind and accommodating since I needed the service done quickly! I will definitely be coming back to this service department!

I have spent the last few months in and out of dealerships in the area and was completely ready to give up before I found Jim Keras. I really wish I had come here first. DeMarkus took such good care of me and made sure that I could drive out of their parking lot in something that makes me happy. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable and confident, because I had just about given up hope. He helped me get a great car with my tight budget and less-than-ideal credit, and made me feel so much better in what is usually a really stressful experience. I will definitely be recommending his service to anyone looking for a car, because its so refreshing to have a salesperson with so much care and consideration. Thank you!

Demarkus waited until we transitioned our little one out of the car and walked up and greeted us. I want to commend DeMarkus on not being that "pushy" or "overly humorous" type of salesman and that made me lock in. He also listened and had patience with me. It allowed me to have full trust in my purchasing experience. He didn't waver in kindness, friendliness, professionalism nor patience as he worked to get the best for us in price and quality. Even if it wasn't the best, he made me comfortable enough to believe it was. To put the icing on the cake, he was so humble in cleaning and wrapping my new Rogue with a gift bow. It meant the world to me, because I knew that even on a holiday, I wasn't just a commission check for him. He showed me that salesmen can sell with integrity of the heart. He is truly an asset to Jim Keras. Our process was very quick and wasn't overwhelming. His trainee was also very polite and friendly. Mr. Lucia? (finance) was super informative and professional. All three of them were a big help in easing the stress of having a toddler along by still rendering services and allowing grace for him being with us. Overall, it was a great experience and I am happy about my new purchase!
