“I had taken my Stinger to Serra Kia of Jackson for a recall. They expected me to pay 400.00 for the recall due to supposed "extra" time that it would take to complete the recall. I refused! I took my car to Gossett Kia on Covington Pike on yesterday and got the recall completed FREE of charge like recalls are supposed to be. They provided me an Uber to and from my appointment. Trevor provided excellent customer service and communicated with me throughout the entire process. “Staff is nice, and we had a great experience buying the car. The service department, however, is suboptimal at best. There’s no reason a simple tire rotation and oil change should take nearly 3 hours after showing up on time for a scheduled appointment. I will be doing my own oil changes once again from here on out and will be taking the remaining servicing elsewhere.”
