“On November 21, 2025 I purchased a 2018 Buick Enclave.This is my first purchase with City Auto. My parents have made several purchases with them over the years & spoke highly of the company but somehow I’ve gotten the short end of the stick. At the time of purchase there were a few issues I noticed and addressed my concerns with my salesman Mario who has been very helpful throughout this entire process. However, a snowstorm and holidays delayed the vehicle being serviced right away. On day one the tire pressure light was blinking on the dashboard, the vehicle had a foul odor, needed windshield wiper fluid, and the brakes were very loud. However, I was reassured that the next sunny day the issue would be resolved. While waiting on that day to come parts began to come off inside the vehicle and on 1/9/26 noticed a puddle of water in my bottom console and notified my salesman Mario & he escalated the matter to his supervisor Sebastian. This leak caused mold to form throughout the carpet & I brought it in on 1/14/26 for them to take a look. Sebastian then admitted that mold of this nature doesn’t form overnight and that they’ve dropped the ball because it wasn’t noticed before selling the vehicle. So the next day I was instructed to bring the car in for a deep clean & was told a leak test would be performed.”

As a bonus the truck was 2 thousand less than what the internet offered and Jamie honored that discount as well as the upgraded warranty.
