“Yes, I bought a car here, but when I need to buy my next one, I won't be coming back to this CarMax location. I'm happy with the car and everything related to it, but the people who work here are not the best. They have a bad attitude and make you wait a long time while they just talk among themselves and laugh about something or other.
Two stars only because I'm satisfied with the car.”

“They sold me 2 LEMONS!!!! Took the 1st one back and can't seem to get anyone on the phone regarding the 2nd one!!! I have been on hold for a total of 21 minutes and the manager Michael said somebody was calling me yesterday SMH... WOW!!!!!!
7/5/2025. I have to update my review to a #0. Again, I am having the same issues that they proclaimed to have repaired. I made an appointment while the vehicle was there and they did nothing about the clouds of white smoke which always signifies engine issues. I have put this in writing to them and the escalation team with photos and they are not responding to my emails as usual. They do not return phone calls so that's a waste of energy. Same problem engine oil having to be purchased and put in vehicle, running hot and leaking engine coolant which they claim to have repaired. NOW I am STRANDED yet again... I must need to get on the bandwagon with everyone else and just use.. geezzzz
New update 7/28/2025.Vehicle in the shop for the same problems since the beginning of July. No one at the escalation team, service department are returning any multiple emails or voicemails regarding my vehicle!!!!!! What is going on here????!!!!”

“So I bought a car today at carmax, we got Financing through CarMax. No high-pressure salesmen trying to sweat me for an extended warranty. They're asked about it, I didn't think the value to price was worth it. They were fine with my decision. A little in side base ball here; a 2023 Ford Escape Titanium, 50,000 MI, 23,998, a 10,000 down payment bringing the car down about 16.5 after taxes registration dealer doc fees etc. Payment per month was 304.00. It's not bad for a car in great condition. Jasmine, Toby, and Don Cane were extremely helpful in completing this process. We test drove three different edges to get the one we wanted. So happy how I was treated. If you're in the market for a good pre-owned car CarMax could be a great option.”
