I bought my Volvo here in 2021 and Subaru/Volvo never fails to provide great service, the communication is excellent, I am a highly satisfied customer. The service department stays in touch via phone and text and you get a great little video explaining what was done. Corey is always so helpful and makes you feel like a friend.

If you are considering a new car, even a certified pre-owned car, I strongly recommend Subaru of Melbourne. This is the third car I have purchased from this customer friendly dealership and I travel one hour and twenty minutes to get there - I even return to have my vehicle serviced. Alexis Vega was amazing as my sales contact. He is caring and really listens to what you want in a vehicle and follows-up personally. From the moment you enter the dealership and meet your salesperson to the financial agent and finally right back to the Service and Parts Department you won't find a more customer oriented team of professionals to treat you with respect and courtesy. When the time comes, I will definitely return to Subaru of Melbourne for my next purchase.

Just bought my first pre-owned Subaru! I do love the car and all the neat little gadgets. Love the ride, my buying experience was one of the best and believe me when I say "I have been through the buying process a few times". My sales guy was good so thank you Mr. Ocampo. Here is my big problem and it should be a problem that Management take a good look at. The car was cleaned, even though I waited for the detailing to be completed. I did not inspect the car thoroughly because it was around 6PM and I had to go home, I inspected the car the following day. TERRIBLE JOB! 1. Smelled bad. 2. Lots of animal hair in the trunk area. 3. Chewing gum wrapper under mat. 4. Empty garbage bags in the trunk. I stopped looking because I was so pissed. Great car (I am hoping) but terrible dealership service. Adryon

Bought a Pre Owned Vehicle from here this month. I bought a Subaru because I travel a lot. I was stuck in snow and was wondering why my car wouldn’t move. I check out the back tires and there is absolutely no traction. The tires were mismatching, the tread upfront was completely different from the back. I feel mislead. This was my first time buying a car, and I put a lot of trust in the Subaru name and reputation. I asked lots of questions about tires and service history. They assured me it had passed inspection, and that they had gotten it ready for me. Additionally, the spare key they gave me never worked. I brushed this off but now feel like they did not ensure that the car was in the best shape. I am really disappointed. I have called multiple times today about this issue but have yet to receive a call back. My salesman hung up on me when I was transferred. Totally did not expect to have to get all new tires for a car I purchased just a few weeks ago.
