NOTE - I don’t recall the exact website I used (Edmunds, Autotrader, KBB, etc.), but after entering my VIN and vehicle details for an online instant appraisal, I was connected with Gen-X. Most importantly, he never used any of the high-pressure tactics that are all too common at larger dealerships. The initial offer he presented was fair, competitive, and exceeded my expectations, so I accepted it without hesitation.
