“Made an appointment for 8 am on Dec 3 for a detail of my car. It was a complete fiasco from the time i got there. Checked in and was told to see the blue team, well Blue team was MIA. So Green Team helped after being interrogated as to why I was there, even wanted to know if they OWED ME A DETAIL. They had name phone number and once again I said I had an appointment. After walking out to my car he came back had me sign the paper work and said we will call you when done. Approximately 1;40 it was done. Went back down got in line lady came after me and was taken first. He asked if he could help and we finally resolved why I once again I was there and was told Scott isn’t here right now. Vehicle is done I just need to pay. Was given invoice and keys. Spent 10 minutes looking for my car , finally came back in had whoever was helping me to see if he could find it. Only took him 5 minutes, parked almost in the back towards RIVERSIDE in between two large trucks , unless you’re standing right in front of it you would never had seen it. Workmanship was a 4 of 10..they obviously cleaned the inside windows first then sprayed amor all over the seats and door panels, yep you guessed it windows are now covered with Armor All. Bought the car there in 2012 and every other experience has been a 5 with great service not this time.”
