āI rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Lithia Honda in Medford has been extremely frustrating from start to finish.
I originally made an appointment online to have my airbag and tire lights checked, since both warning lights were on and the airbag issue is a serious safety concern. Due to a last-minute emergency, I changed my appointment to a later time that same day. I called six times to confirm the change, and no one answered the phone.
When I arrived, I was told the change was never updated in their system, and now there was no technician available to check my airbag at all. Hearing āwe canāt check that todayā about a safety issue after doing everything I could to update the appointment was incredibly frustrating. They could only check the tires and told me the soonest airbag appointment was over a month out.
They went ahead and booked the earliest available date and scheduled a rental car for that service, since I was told Iād need to leave my vehicle for several hours.
Fast forward to the day of the appointment, Iām already on my way when they call me and say that the rental car I booked weeks in advance is suddenly unavailable because the previous customer didnāt return it. They offered a shuttle as an alternative, but that isnāt practical for me because I live an hour away and have multiple places I need to go.
After multiple issues already, this was the final straw. Between the unanswered calls, the failure to honor an urgent safety appointment, the long wait times, and now a promised rental car being taken away at the last second with no workable alternative, I have lost confidence in this dealershipās communication and reliability.
I truly hope they improve their scheduling accuracy, communication, and customer care, because no one should have to go through this much stress just to get a safety issue looked at.ā

āSince I was 19 years old I have been coming to this Honda Dealership and they have always been on top of it. I totaled my car recently and they had the exact car I wanted the moment I looked on their website. I texted them letting them know I will be coming in soon and were very generous on helping me get the car I want. Dan, Colton, and Kevin were great and very kind. They were so welcoming when I came in and had me out of there in less than 90 minutes. Normally that process takes 3 hours minimum and they were ready for me the moment I arrived. Thank you so much, always will recommend them to my family and friends!ā

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lithia Honda of Medford. After being completely swindled by Hyundai Medford (two cars, upside-down loan, zero follow-up, terrible customer service), I was nervous about walking into another dealership. But from the moment I arrived, it was night and day different.
Colton Henderson was absolutely amazing to work with. He didnāt pressure me, he listened to what I actually needed, and most importantly, he made sure everything was within my means. I went in thinking Iād have to finance just to crawl out of my upside-down loan, but Colton took the time to explain every option, including the Charge Ahead credit and all the rebates available for the Honda Prologue EV. Because of his knowledge and honesty, I was able to lease a car that not only fit my budget but will also help me be debt-free in three years. For the first time in a long time, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
Shout-out also to Kevin in financeāhe was straightforward, easy to work with, and didnāt try to push unnecessary add-ons. That alone made the process stress-free and refreshing.
At Honda Medford, I felt like a person, not a dollar sign. I was cared for, respected, and fully informed every step of the way. If youāre looking for a dealership that actually has integrity and treats you right, this is it.
When my lease is up in three years, I wonāt even think twiceāIāll be coming right back to buy my next Honda from them. šāØā

āIāve been to a lot of dealerships In my life and I gotta say This place the crew, the team everybody here at those dealership is outstanding and amazing. They helped me a lot getting me in a civic type r and Taking my car in on trade. They also do a really good job of preparing your paperwork before you get there so I was in and out within the 90 minutes. Theyāre also very honest and true with numbers And give you great deals on service packages and stuff like that. Thereās a lot of untrustworthy dealership so I gotta say I trust this dealership a lot. Much respect if I ever get a Honda again, I would definitely come back to first Even If I have to drive five hours again, I 100% a do the drive with awesome crew here.ā
