“My experience purchasing a used truck at Lithia was awesome! Salesman, Dave, the bald guy, Goss, was super easy to work with. Never felt any high pressure sales monkey business going on. Negotiated a fair deal and drove away happy. The truck was prepped out immaculately and the gas tank was full when I drove off the lot!”

“I want to say I’d never been excited about buying a new pickup truck, but browsing online I found a barely used Toyota Tundra special edition that really caught my attention. But I was leaving town and short on time. Branden Orlow was willing to bring the truck to my country home so I could test drive it- and I’m so grateful because as a widow I wasn’t sure I would be comfortable driving a big truck, but I needed one that could tow and more. I’m so glad he did- he thoughtfully showed me features I didn’t know existed, let me examine and question everything- and then got the financial manager on his phone so I could negotiate the price and warranty, etc. I’m not a novice car buyer by any stretch and I do my research. This is actually the second vehicle I’ve bought this year, and fourth in 3 years. This was one of the few times where the salesperson was confident and helpful and truly knew his product in a way that was helpful and not pushy. He then took it back to the dealership, had it cleaned and did the paperwork- coordinating by phone, then bringing it back to me with a shuttle driver to take him back. He carefully walked me through the paperwork- and called the next day to see if I had any unanswered questions or concerns. I’m a strong woman business owner- and I appreciate being treated with respect, but they went the extra “miles” for sure to help me during a time crunch and I’ll remain a loyal Lithia customer.”

“I was in the market to buy a new truck and wanted to stay in the Rogue Valley to do so. The first dealership I went to was the Lithia Dodge dealership to test drive a few new and used trucks. I spent about an hour there and told them I wanted to go check out some other places before I made my decision. They didn't get my phone number, my email, or my address but they did give me their cards and simply said "come back if you're ready".
Over the next 10 days, I went to probably 9 other dealerships and all of them blew up my cell phone, email, text, etc. I own a business and play golf so the last thing I want is high pressure salesmen trying to work me. As a business owner, I have people solicit me constantly and normally absolutely loathe buying a vehicle.
I returned to Lithia Dodge and bought a new Ram truck from them the very next time I visited. They were patient, answered all my questions, and very knowledgable about their trucks. Overall, I am very happy about their approach to selling and I never felt pressured to buy anything. For someone like me, this is a perfect way to do business. Thank you Brandon for you and your staff's help to make this a positive buying experience for me.”
