Got a used car. Inspected it looked good inside and out, things were going okay until i picked up the car. When i went to put groceries in the backseat for the first-time there was a large scratch across the inside of the door. Confused, i called the dealer and told them about it. Made an appointment to get it looked at and they said since i didnt have video proof of the car not being scratched before and then video proof if it being scratched after that it would fall on me. We began arguing about it and he immediately went to stronghanding me by saying you can either pay half to fix it or cancel the deal and give the car back we dont care which you choose just hurry up and make a choice. They wanted to throw how they waived fees for my deal like they arent making a boatload on the interest? Get real. Be careful buying cars here make sure to record the entire interaction so you dont get screwed over. Shouldnt have even wasted the gas! 😒

We purchased a 2025 Hyundai. Jordan and the rest of the staff there were excellent to us. It did take some time and we were told it wouldn't take too long, but it ended up taking quite a few hours other than that, it was very smooth. They found us a lender and took in our trade, which we still owed quite a bit of money on, we ended up taking $7000 in negative equity onto the loan, but we knew this would happen. But unfortunately, we weren't very Happy with the vehicle that we currently have.Due to the mechanical issues, it was a 2020 Nissan Rogue.It continuously had mechanical problems, and we were done with it.We thank them deeply at hyundai forgetting us out of this mechanical nightmare

I appreciate how Corey (Sales Manager) made me an appealing offer right off the bat and didn't wait for the other dealerships to make me one. The first 2 Dealership I contacted were only willing to consider going below their asking price after they heard the other dealers offer first. Corey gave me an offer from the get go that the other dealerships were unwilling to beat. That's how I knew the offer was solid. Although I went over my budget the deal was still to good to refuse. My thanks to Scott (Sales Consultant) as well for the followup and dealing with me directly. He helped address some of my concerns and helped me figure out how to drive the vehicle out of their lot (as I am totally illiterate when it comes to new car technology). LOL As me and Dawn (Purchase Manager) were from out of town and needed to get the deal done that weekend, we were unable to find a dog sitter and ended up taking our dog Ruby with us, they were not only OK with it but they also offered my dog treats and attention which was much appreciated. Had a great experience here. I’d been waiting for two years for the Hybrid Palisade to become available. I met with Esteban when the V6 came out and told him I was on the hunt for the hybrid, he took down my “order” and let me know he would keep an eye out. He and his manager Nate found one a week after they started rolling onto the lots - in Salem - and had it driven down the next day! I worked with Mike on financing and got my paper works and finance options done in less than 30 minutes and was driving my gorgeous new. At off the lot that day! (Including a great offer for my trade in!) I’ve gotten so many compliments on the car and can’t recommend Hyundai Medford enough for a great sales team, friendly service, follow up, attention to detail and just overall efficiency.
