“Decent experience. Didn't feel like the salesman was pressuring me into a purchase. He walked through all the features of the vehicle. Only reason theres a 2 star is the back door has been worked on and poorly painted. Would expect a vehicle with 25 miles on it and being sold as new for 50k+ not to look like the image below. Did take me a month to notice it, should have been pointed out before purchase.”

“Recall issue with the rear back-up camera was not fixed and same issues exist. What’s worse is the technician dropped a tool on my windshield and put a small crack in the glass which of course the crack is now all the way across the whole windshield.”

The loaner vehicle was of great use to me as well. Thank you for washing my vehicle after the flock of birds pooped all over it. Wonderful job!!”

“We recently purchased the 2025 Ford Bronco Stroppe edition from Bill Talley Ford.
Never in my life have I had a better experience with a dealer. From the first time we visited, I knew I wanted to buy a vehicle from Brad. He was extremely kind, helpful and respectful. He answered all my questions patiently and transparently.
As a female, I’ve felt at some dealerships that sales people pushed me aside or tried to tell me what to think, but I felt none of that at Bill Talley. My partner and I had somewhat different viewpoints about what we were looking for, and Brad worked through that process with us. He knew how to speak with both of us with terminology that made sense to us, and he made an effort to understand what we each valued.
I never felt pressured in any way. Brad and everyone at the dealership seemed focused on long term relationship building, and they seemed to trust that the quality they had to offer would speak for itself. It did.
The great experience was not only with Brad, who sold us the vehicle. Irby, the business manager, was patient and good humored while we asked tons of questions about warranty and maintenance options. Marvin, the sales manager, talked with us in the same manner.
Throughout, I got the impression that everyone working at Bill Talley Ford cared about keeping us as happy customers for the long term, above pushing to make a quick sale. I am so happy we found our vehicle there.”
