“I contacted Lawrence Chevrolet about a used vehicle and had the pleasure of speaking with Raymond Velez. I say this because buying a new/used vehicle is already a journey in itself, especially when you have limited time when working full time or when you have a family that depends on you or both! Raymond understood that I was already frustrated from previous interactions with other dealerships, and that I honestly just wanted to place an offer on a used vehicle and to see if we could make a deal happen. While looking to agree on a price that worked for both of us, Raymond sent me a personalized video, explaining what features the vehicle had, and showed me that the vehicle was in great shape both inside and out to go along with a good history. Raymond was not overbearing or overly pushy and I believe that helped and allowed me to talk transparently about my financial budget and where I was comfortable being with pricing. Raymond showed me options and never turned an offer I made away. He reminded me of other vehicles than were within the budget I set for myself and did not try to pull me out of my comfort zone and sell me a higher priced vehicle. Ultimately, after a few exchanges and offers, we both agreed on a price and I ended up with the car I originally wanted. If you are hesitant to come in or call like I was, don’t be! Raymond was amazing to work with, and was a straight shooter, very honest and very professional and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in. I can’t thank all of the team that helped make the deal enough for just being transparent, respectful and for making what already is challenging, much easier and less stressful. “We had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing our 2026 Suburban this weekend. Adam, our salesman, truly went above and beyond in every possible way. Because we have two small children and getting out is challenging, Adam actually drove the car to our home so we could see it, which meant so much to us. After we purchased the vehicle, he even came back to pick up my car so it could be serviced and then returned it to us—service you just don’t see anymore.
Adam helped us get a great deal and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Derek in finance was also fantastic. We decided not to move forward with a package, and he had no issue canceling it for us—no pressure and no hassle at all.
Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Honestly, we would go back tomorrow to buy again. We couldn’t recommend Adam, Derek, and the entire team more.”

They were super helpful, very nice, attentive, and completely transparent in every way allowing me to take control of what I wanted. They responded quick and made me feel important and not one minute did I feel like they were trying to rob me or underhand me with any extra BS. “This review is a long time coming. We went looking for a Tahoe in March 2025. We’d never had one and were looking to downsize from our usual family vehicle, a conversion van. We’d done a lot of research and were there to see one in person. I drove my truck to the area where the Tahoes were and we stepped out to start looking at them. Wasn’t long until the salesmen named Joe came down and introduced himself to us. We told him what we were interested in and he got the keys to several of the vehicles for us to check out. In our discussions with him he was very informative and helpful when answering our questions. And we had a lot of questions that’s for sure. The vehicle we wanted needed to cater to a special rider (our dog) and have enough room to pack for vacations and trips home. Needed to be sound in its driving capabilities and solid mechanically. We checked out three or four that we weren’t really interested in when Joe said he’d look to see if there were anymore. We drive up to the front of the building and he came out with another set of keys. One had just came in and he thought it was just what we were interested looking for. So we walked over to it and checked it out. It was white which was not one of our favorite colors. But it was the Z71 package that we wanted. I opened the drivers door and got in. That’s when I heard the bells ringing in my head. lol The drivers seat felt like home. I am on the bigger side but I felt very comfortable and not squished in the seat. Console was nice and everything was at your fingertips. I tried out the back passenger seats and was amazed at how easy it was to get in them. The door opened wide and allowed plenty of room to get into them. Plus once again the seats were comfortable and there was plenty of room for your legs. The third row beach seat was also nice and roomy. Checking out the back storage seemed good and enough room for us to pack up and go. My niece and I decided to take it for a test drive. It drove as well as we anticipated and we decided it was the one. We talked with Joe about all the warranties that were available for the used vehicles and were impressed with what they covered. More honestly then we expected. We did see a brand new 2025 Z71 sitting across from us in the lot. On a whim we went and looked at it. While it would be a dream to have it was to much for us. We didn’t need the two iPads on the head rests and stuff like that. Would be a waste on us. So we went back to the 2022. We agreed to purchase it and started down the dreaded and usually boring paperwork of purchasing a car. But it was actually very nice and we had drop ins from people that worked there introducing themselves and talking to us about our purchase. They were eyeing up my truck and asking if it was my trade in. I told them nope we bring that in tomorrow. Overall the time went quickly and paperwork was done within an hour or so. We brought in our conversion van the next day to see what they would give us for it as a trade in. The looked a little dumbfounded by it. It did bring a bunch of them out to look at it though. They really weren’t sure how to handle it and really couldn’t give us a price on it. It was ok with us. We knew it was a vehicle that wasn’t mainstream and we were ok with that. Sold very quickly on Market Place so we were happy. We picked the Tahoe up the next day and have been happy with it ever since. This thing is so comfortable and easy to drive and it makes you feel safe. We have done three hour trips home and 6 hour trips to the beach. This is an amazing vehicle. We are very happy with it. We are very happy with our buying experience and with Joe our salesman. He didn’t push us he answered our questions and gave us the info we needed to feel confident in buying from him. We will be back when we are looking to update this Tahoe. BTW it’s the family vehicle because it carries along our boxer. We had one of the captains chairs removed and I made a steady platform that is his bed and room for him to move about in long trips. He really likes looking out the windows.”

“Contacted Adam about trading in our SUV for a Tahoe they had listed online. He was very helpful over the phone and through emails. We were traveling back home to WV and came in and had great service from the whole team. It was the quickest car deal I’ve ever experienced and really appreciate Adam’s hard work for making this deal happen. I’m loving my new Tahoe and already have one road trip under my belt. It drives beautifully and I get so many compliments. I hope it lasts for a long time and when I need a new one Adam is still there to help because I would definitely buy from Lawrence Chevrolet again.”
