“I bought a 2022 Kia Sportage brand new last year. Last week it had to be towed to the dealership because it wouldn’t start. The service department has failed to communicate with me several times as to when my car will be fixed, when the parts are coming in, etc. they won’t set you up with a loaner or a rental vehicle either, so if you are like me and you actually need to drive your car to work or appointments , this is not the place for you. I’ve been told several times I’ll be contacted by the general manager and have not heard a word from him. Very disappointed with the service and issues, especially with the cost of the vehicle.”

“They had a used car, my son and I went to look at and it hadn't been inspected by them yet. We were fine with that. It was then posted for sale Monday. They told my son they would call him Monday, then Tuesday, then it went to we took it to the Chevy dealer to get checked out and we'll text you for Friday or Saturday.... Then they said how about next Friday!!! How about you don't treat your customers that way and don't worry we will never come there to buy another car. Not sure if that's how all the salespeople are but we met with the manager as well so I have to assume this is how they run their business. They replied to my review and have no record of me being there, that would be correct I was there with my son. I was going to co-sign his loan if needed. They have his info not mine.”
