BEWARE: Faulkner does not actually inspect these vehicles. Literally the dealership that Matilda's dad owned in the movie. If you buy a 2025 vehicle in 2025 then you will probably have a great experience! **as long as you splurge on the warranty that WILL be about the same cost of the vehicle you purchase. If you are okay with that then by all means purchase from here! If it is any older, they will not inspect the vehicle short of a quick walk around and oil change. That will literally be it. If their techs break anything during the oil change or pre purchase inspection, that will fall on you as the purchaser. Faulkner tech cracked my oil filter housing during their "inspection" and I did not notice until weeks down the line due to the off road plate under the car blocking the leak from being noticed until the plate literally filled with 5lbs of oil. They offered a 22% discount on repairs in "good faith" to fix THEIR OWN errors. If you find the vehicle you want from a used dealership sitting on the corner, running out of a shack and the sales guy is also the technician... I would just buy from the guy in the shack. You'll save money and either way, you will have the SAME experience no matter where you buy it. If you do not have brain cells and still opt to buy a used vehicle from here, MAKE SURE THEY ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SHOP TO INSPECT!!!!! Can't stress this enough. At the very least MAKE SURE you get your vehicle properly inspected after purchase so you can go back and PRAY they will honor the 30 days or 1000 miles. I was right under 1000 and they said they can't do anything.

This was such a great experience and Austin had everything ready to go when I arrived. He presented me with two fobs for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee - Laredo, then took me to show how everything on the new console worked and allowed me to ask numerous questions with patience. Meeting the Sales Manager, Shane, was an added bonus and he could not have been more welcoming. Next, I met with Dwight the Finance Manager who helped me navigate through the paperwork and answered all of my questions with ease. I truly felt as though I was becoming apart of a family who are there to take great care of there guests! My brother, Gary, says it best, “It’s a smooth ride.” I’m glad I went to Faulkner!

I had a fantastic experience at Faulkner Jeep in Mechanicsburg this Saturday morning! I used their Mopar express lane service for an oil change and tire rotation. Being the first one there on a Saturday morning definitely paid off—I didn't have to wait in line at all. The service advisor was super friendly and got me in and out in under an hour. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend their team for a quick and friendly service!

Zach and the rest of the team at Faulkner has been by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I travel 3 hours just to purchase vehicles from them. They make the entire process easy and quick. They will be my go to dealership for many years to come.

I can't say enough good things about Faulkner CDJR! Every time I visit, I know I can expect the very best service. My most recent visit was no exception. Scheduling was easy, & I was happy with how quickly they could get me in. Jeff, my Service Advisor was great, super polite & genuinely committed to providing top-notch customer service. As for the service itself, I dropped off my car the night before & was amazed when I got a call at 8:30 AM the next morning saying my car was already done. (WOW!) When I arrived to pick it up, Jeff was very thorough in answering all of my questions & then walked me over to the check-out area. THIS is where Faulkner always IMPRESSES me, that is, completing my dealership experience with Tammy in the check-out area. She's incredible! Over decades of visiting Faulkner, no one has left a more positive impression on me. Even though months go by between my visits, Tammy always remembers our conversations like we last spoke just yesterday. She's such an AWESOME representative for Faulkner & believe it not, my two-minute chats with her are actually a part of my decision to return to Faulkner for service. I’m not sure how many people can say they enjoy visiting the check-out area to PAY for a car repair bill, but I honestly do !!! So, while dealerships often focus their reviews on service, parts, or sales, I just had to give kudos to the one person who makes every visit memorable, Tammy. She's the friendly, competent, constant at Faulkner, & simply the best!
