“Been doing business with Rahal for 25 plus years. The sales & service departments are a tough act to follow. They just do everything right! I purchased a 2026 GR (Gazoo Racing) 6 speed Final Edition SUPRA & Halee in service took the reins on a race brace upgrade I decided to do on the car, which is 1 of 1300 made. The General Manager, Todd Swope also has his act together & leaves you with a warm & fuzzy feeling of confidence after a phone call! I highly recommend Bobby Rahal Toyota & would definitely never EVER shop at Faulkner. They are horrible people! Hammer Down 🏁 Rahal RULES!”

“This only reflects the Service Department. We had our 2015 RAV 4 in on 7/21/25 for the complimentary PA state inspection which passed with no issues, however my service advisor informed me that the water pump was leaking and recommended replacement. The estimate was for $660. I stated that I would think about it. There never was any fluids observed under my RAV on the driveway. I drove the vehicle without any issues since. On 10/17/25 I had the oil changed at my regular shop and asked them to inspect the water pump to see if replacement was needed. Two different mechanics checked the water pump and advised that no leak or any moisture was observed around the pump and the coolant level was good. To say the least I no longer trust their service department. I've purchased 2 new vehicles from Rahal, our 2015 RAV 4. The only time it was in the shop was for maintenance. It has been 100% trouble free with 130,000 miles on it. We also purchased a new 2021 Tundra that has been trouble free. Our sales experience was fantastic both times. I would certainly buy from them again but no longer trust or recommend their service department.”

“*This review and rating reflects only the service department of Bobby Rahal Toyota* I purchased a 2021 Tacoma from a Toyota dealer in Lebanon County but Bobby Rahal is the closest dealership to me to get my truck serviced. I scheduled online for a 7:45am oil change appointment on 10/06/2025. Arrived at the dealer early and got checked in before going to the waiting area. Service advisor said it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait time, not an issue. Waiting area and amenities are very nice. Standard TV, free WiFi, and desks. You will receive updates on your service via phone if applicable. Once service is complete my service advisor went over the details of my visit and led me to the cashier. Total was about $90 and I did not opt for the free car wash (my truck has black paint and I don’t like automatic car washes due to scratching, etc). Once home I noticed there was some oil residue on my center console lid, front left fender, and on the front left door. I’m not sure if they offer a car wash for this reason or as a courtesy. Overall, friendly staff and nice facility but expect oil to be on your vehicle.”
