“If I could give Chad 1,000 stars for his support and professionalism I would!! I was recently car shopping with my mom to get her something a bit newer with better technology, safety features and reliability. Chad really took the time to listen to what she was looking for in her next car and was able to make some recommendations based on what she needed. He took the time to test drive multiple cars with her and knew all the different details and features on each car. She ultimately ended up loving the first car she test drove and bought it the next day. Throughout the whole process Chad was unbelievably professional and very knowledgeable. “I truly can't say enough great things about my experience with Bobby Rahal Lexus. Mike Dugan made dreams come true and the whole process stress-free and a breeze! After being apart of an unfortunate crash, my vehicle was listed as a total loss. For myself personally, I found car shopping to be quite stressful, especially with how long the process normally is getting started, finding a lender and going through the paperwork. You normally end up sitting around for hours. However, this time, it was a total game changer! I went there with a vehicle in mind and Mike went over everything with me and we took it for a test drive. I fell in love with my new car immediately! I was a little worried seeing I took out a recent loan a few months ago and shared with him what was happening on my end. He listened with open ears and an open heart. Mike was extremely upfront on the steps we were to take next and what to maybe prepare for. He took the information needed and then told me I was good to head out, to do the other things I needed and that he would call me with the results from the banks once they were in. They were able to get me financed and for a better price than expected (yay good credit 🙌) Because it was the weekend, we set up a time that worked for us on Monday. I showed up and the paperwork was a breeze. Olivia did an amazing job explaining everything to me and ensuring I fully understood before signing. She answered all the questions I had and was truly thorough; it brought such an ease to me. The whole atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. I felt like I was receiving "Queen" like treatment; I even needed to joke about it. My new vehicle was detailed inside and out prior to taking it and it was spotless! Mike showed me how everything worked and helped set my phone up so it would connect easily to my car. If I ever need a new vehicle, I WILL definitely be going back!
