“I had an awesome experience at this dealership! Bobby went above and beyond to make sure I got all the information needed and answered any questions that I had with knowledge! I did this sell primarily over virtual communication and Bobby was excellent! When I went to purchase the vehicle, everyone was so welcoming and they had the car in the lot with a bow on it! I’m not sure if this is standard but it was thoughtful and unexpected! I would recommend Bobby and this dealership to anyone! My only complaint is that my brand new car did not have all of the fluids topped off and I had to fill my windshield fluid not even 24hrs after getting the car, also that when they did the ceramic coating, they lefts splatter on my windows and streak marks from wiping on my sunroof. Aside from that, 10/10 experience!”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Three Rivers VW. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The showroom was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.
A special shoutout goes to Bobby, my salesman. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Bobby took the time to really understand what I was looking for, walked me through all of my options, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He was knowledgeable about every model I asked about, explained the features in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision every step of the way. His honesty and patience stood out to me—qualities that can be hard to find at a dealership.
When it came time to finalize the deal, Bobby and Kyle kept everything straightforward and transparent. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the process feel easy and stress-free. After the purchase, he even followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new VW, which shows how much he truly cares about his customers.
The service department and the rest of the team were equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and clearly committed to making sure customers are happy long after the sale.

“First off, trying to even get an appointment is incredibly difficult. Then they never have loaner vehicles sooner than “weeks out”.
I scheduled my 2019 Atlas to have rear brakes replaced and asked them to check it for some pretty bad shaking in the steering when traveling at speed and a bad vibration when I hit a bump.
I mentioned that I hadn’t had an alignment done in a while and asked if that could be it, to which they informed me they could do if they take a look and it ends up needing it.
Hours later after taking a $50 uber ride home, they call me back and let me know it’s all ready and they did an alignment.
After getting the car and driving home I notice the vibrations still occurring ant as the days go on, seems to be getting worse.
A few days later I call and have to schedule another appointment.
Again, loaner cars aren’t available for weeks so I tell Alex that I cannot do a drop off since it’s so far from my home.
Get there to my appointment this morning to be informed by Ryan that the appointment is a drop off, he didn’t even know why they did an alignment the last time since it wouldn’t have done anything for shaking anyway (his words), and it wouldn’t be until mid afternoon until they could take a look at things and call me with an update.
I let Ryan know that I was not dropping the car off and I had spoke with Alex when I scheduled the appointment and he knew it was a wait there appointment, which Ryan said he couldn’t do anything about bc they are so understaffed.
After asking him the next available time I could get the car in he informed me that it wouldn’t be until the 26th ( another 20 days away) that they could get me in.
Wasted a day off work, an hour round trip of driving and my car is likely not even safe to be driving.
Unacceptable.
Avoid three rivers Volkswagen. Probably a good reason they are always so understaffed.”

“After previously having a very poor service experience at a different dealership, I looked for somewhere else to take my ID.4 the next time I needed maintenance. I was relieved that my first experience with Three Rivers Volkswagen in McMurray was nothing like that competing dealership! Everyone I spoke to both the night before (I night dropped my car, but sales was still open so I went inside) and the day of service was pleasant and professional. I will definitely be going to this dealership in the future for any service needs! Thanks, Three Rivers VW team!”
