“I rarely leave reviews unless things are so bad, that I feel I have too. I think the saying in the industry goes “sales will sell you the first car, and service will sell them the rest of their vehicles.” If that’s true, I wish you all the best as scheduling service was a complete joke. I called for 3 days and left 3 messages to get a call back. Finally, while driving, I got a call back. Was informed I couldn’t even book a tentative appt without my vin #. Called back with my vin, then was informed that even though my new Acura would be coming in for warranty work, I was not permitted a loaner car as I didn’t purchase with your organization.
Hung up, called Baierl Acura and immediately got someone on the line, booked an appt, vin# not needed, and will have a loaner car for Feb 9th which is only 5 days out. The entire set up took 4 mins.
While your location for service would be more convenient to my residence, it’s evident your organization could learn a thing or two from your competitor.”

“This is the 2nd Acura we bought from Jeremy and he was a pleasure to deal with! Jeremy responded to emails and texts very quickly and did a great job of explaining all of the car’s features to us. We are very happy with the purchase and the experience.”

“BEWARE: I was looking to purchase a 3rd car for my nanny to drive my two young girls in. I made it clear to the salesman that while the car wouldn't be driven often, the safety of the car was paramount. The used car, that I was assured was in great condition (Acura RDX), immediately needed new shocks, which was a surprise. A few months later I had to take it back in for leaking coolant and while the mechanic had it on the lift he said the entire underside of the car was covered in rust, completely corroded, and furthermore it was no longer safe to be on the road. So, in under 6 months it needed shocks, a radiator, a completely new exhaust system and had been deemed unsafe to drive.
While the financial element bothers me, I am significantly more concerned with the fact that they would lie to me about a used car's condition, putting my 1 and 3 year old in danger, just to get it off the lot. Ethically and morally, I think Spitzer is the lowest of the low. The GM called me in the most condescending fashion and said that it was my fault because I hadn't escalated the issues to her fast enough (the salesman was kept in the loop every step of the way), I took the risk buying a used car, and that I had signed a paper upon purchase stating that I was responsible for any repairs going forward. I still believe that she was, and still is, missing the point - I understand I signed that paper but how do you defend selling a car in that condition to anyone, nevertheless someone who made it clear it was for two little girls. I took them at their word, which was a mistake.
This isn't my first interaction with Spitzer, as I've owned 4 Acura's. None of those experiences have ever been overly pleasant or helpful. This one just happened to solidify the fact that I would never do business with these people again. I would also steer anyone that I can away, as they just aren't trustworthy or good people.”

“I had a great experience at Spitzer Acura! I came in with a lot of questions after having issues with my previous (non-Acura) car, and Adam made the whole process so easy. He was quick to respond, patient, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Definitely recommend working with Adam if you’re shopping for a new car!”

“This is by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership and I tend to buy a car every 3 to 4 years. They notified me right away when the car I wanted was in along with a picture to let me see how it looked in person since right now were pretty much going from online pictures. My salesman Chris was excellent!! Everything was no hassle. I got a very fair trade offer without all those back and forth shady shenanigans that we all have experienced. The sales manager and general manager were also very friendly, knowledgeable and treat their customers great. There is a reason they are repeadedly the number one Acura dealer with reviews. Enough can't be said about how easy and fair it is to deal with this dealership. Everything was a breeze all the way through with the great financing staff they have. Spitzer - Thank you for the awesome PMC. I will be enjoying this for years and probably will keep it longer than 4 years.”
