“I recently purchased a 2026 k5, John was who took care of me and let me just say this I’ve never gotten the type of treatment from any other dealership.
John took the time to explain all the features with me to ensure my safety as well as my daughters, he was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle.
He greeted me at the parking lot, you could tell he is sincere and genuinely caring honestly I cannot express my gratitude I’m so grateful to have met such a kind person he’s truly amazing!
Chris is who also helped me through the financial side of things, he was very supportive and helpful and he did everything in a timely manner.
I truly appreciate them both and cannot express my gratitude, truly an amazing team I cannot recommend this dealership enough!”

“The service repair department’s lack of communication is unacceptable. My vehicle was dropped off, and for more than 24 hours I received zero updates. No one informed me whether the repair would take one day, two days, or longer. Customers should not have to chase down basic information about their own vehicles.
Calling the service department was equally frustrating. I waited on hold for extended periods just to speak to someone. When I finally reached a representative, I was immediately put on hold again without any meaningful update.
I pay for the vehicle. I pay for the service. At a minimum, customers deserve timely updates, transparency, and basic courtesy. This experience reflects very poorly on the dealership’s customer care standards.”

I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a newer car and finding the Kia Sportage x-line was a perfect fit for me. Everyone at the South Hills Kia dealership was very friendly, helpful, & supportive.
