โ€œWell everything went really well until the purchase was done. I purchased a 2025 dually used. I was told it had two keys. I even got a message from the sales guy telling me he had my key and he needed proof of my insurance. I went to the dealership after giving him proof of insurance of course to find out the key that he had was the wrong one. Since then I've had two people tell me they would have management call me back. Which has not happened. My girlfriend wrote a review they told her online that they would get with us and get it resolved which has not happened. So pretty aggravated I'm stuck with a brand new truck with one key because someone lied to me and told me there were two keys and no one wanta to do the right thing. The person that had the spare key works for the dealership I believe they told me he was overused vehicles or something. In my opinion they promised me a key they should either have him replace the key or they should replace the. But like I said they've got the money so they don't really care.โ€

โ€œMy boyfriend recently purchased a 2025 Chevrolet 3500 dually truck from this dealership January 2026, and this isnโ€™t a cheap vehicle to be treated like this. Our experience after the sale has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Before purchasing, he specifically asked if the vehicle came with two keys and was told yes that they would get the second key from the previous owner (who is also an employee there). After the purchase, it became a hassle trying to actually receive it. We were called and told they had the key, so we drove two hours to pick it up. When we arrived, the key given to us did not work, and the salesman, Grimaldo Efrain, admitted it was the wrong key. Since then, my boyfriend has reached out multiple times to Mr. Grimaldo Efrain and was repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened. No follow up, no updates, and no accountability. We finally had to request to speak with a manager because this situation is ridiculous promising something as simple as a second key and then completely avoiding communication is unacceptable customer service. Very disappointing experience. This level of unprofessionalism after a purchase says a lot about how customers are treated once the sale is done. DO NOT BUY HERE unless you want to be ignored after signing paperwork. BTW still waiting on that call from management Grimaldo Efrain promised a month ago ๐Ÿ˜Šโ€

โ€œWonderful experience. Alfonso was my sales rep, he was very attentive and worked wonders for me! Alfonso found me the best vehicle for price and size for my kids and I. The Finance guy also did an amazing job and was able to take out a vehicle with low monthly payments and credit score under 600 and 0 down and sold them my previous vehicle on top of that for a great price!โ€
