“Never bought a car from here, but the service area sucks. The people in there are super nice and friendly, and I don't blame them, but if you don't have a warranty, do not get your car fixed here. It's a rip-off. It took them a whole day just to do a diagnostic run on my car for $200, and that not including the actual repair and part, which was $1200. I'll go somewhere else. And each problem for a diagnostic is $175, which they didn't explain well. They only really do the bare minimum, which is probably company policy. The oil change and tire rotation are not bad, but sometimes the lines and waits are long.”
