Ricky went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation. When our plans were at risk due to unexpected car trouble, he not only arranged a loaner vehicle to ensure we could still make it to our appointment on time, but also personally met with the tow truck driver so we didn’t have to delay our schedule. We were driving a Honda Odyssey, and had never been to this dealership. That level of initiative, care, and professionalism is rare and deserves recognition. Thanks to Ricky’s quick thinking and willingness to step in, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a reminder of what excellent service really looks like. “On Thursday August 14th, I took my car to get serviced as I needed my car serviced for my right rear tire to have the rotor turned and for the brakes to be checked and IF it needed replaced to give me an estimate of the cost. Over the phone they initially gave me an estimate, which was fine. Took my car in on Thursday. I received an appointment confirmation the next day at 8am. Then they had called me yesterday telling me “we’re in the process of getting those brakes put on for you however, the right rear caliper will need replaced as it won’t compress and it is locked/ceased so you’re looking at $629.85. Please let us know, so we can put this on for you.” I called every day until just this morning August 22, 2025 until they finally serviced my vehicle for this!!! Mind you, I was 3rd in line for straight week! After this phone call, I was livid as when I went in this morning, they had already put on a new caliper WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and they had NEVER turned the rotor as initially requested. They kept telling me that it’s broken and that it’s ceased which is untrue because if it was locked or ceased I would not have been able to drive it to them. Mind you, I initially drove my car to them to have it serviced! How in the hell was it locked?? I’m not very mechanically savvy but I know if my caliper is ceasing or locked, I wouldn’t be able to drive the damn thing! Anyways, they also broke the law and kept failing to admit they were wrong! They put the caliper on without my authorization and then they wanted to quote me a price that was 30% above the agreed upon price. Long story short, it took yelling at them just to get them to do the right thing and to give me at least 10% above the initial quoted price. I will NOT get my car serviced here ever again and I will NOT be purchasing a car here. Just with my car alone they have at least 2 law violations as the Illinois statute states, “any service over $100 has to have a written estimate and they can’t add anything without authorization above 10%.” They did NOT provided a written estimate as the initial quoted price was over $400 and they did NOT have authorization for adding the caliper which was an additional $229. Needless to say a lawsuit needs to be filed and before I got my keys they were planning on NOT allowing me to leave with my vehicle because I “needed to pay the bill.” Save yourself the heartache and get your car serviced somewhere else. By the way, I can buy a brand new caliper at Auto Zone for $81.”

“Bought my first Nissan ever from these people Ali was amazing to work with she got all the cars we wanted to test drive up for me, helped me understand my financing options, and even found me some deals with my new car. It’s only been two and a half months since I got the car and I love it ! Not to mention the other day my tire suffered some damage and they were able to get me in and get it fixed in an hour along with my oil change. Will be buying from here again in the future, and will be utilizing the excellent service department with Tom and all the fabulous mechanics who took care of me through this entire process !”
