Took my car in with a miss at idle in gear. They kept it 3 days said it was fixed. My wife picked it up didn't make it 2 miles and left her stranded. Called back and got it back in. Just got it back today after 2 weeks saying basically it was still doing it . The wife picked it up still has the same problem $435 later. WONT GO BACK AGAIN TERRIBLE SERVICE WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS

Been to this dealer multiple times and the service dept are very rude every single time. Can never find the issue on my very expensive car even though its very easy to see what the problem is. They are just very lazy and don't actually care about fixing a customer's car. They will just say "That's normal" or "could not replicate" when i can replicate it ever single time and tell that its not normal. My car is still under warranty and I believe they just keep pushing it off until it will be out of warranty.

Service at this place sucks. I brought my 2024 Cadillac XT6 in for a tire that had a slow leak. Mind you I drove an hour for this appointment because I purchased a wheel warranty through this dealer when I bought the vehicle. The first time I came in I was told that there wasnt anything wrong with my tire and that its probably due to the cold, even though I had been airing it back up for 2 weeks and knew that wasnt the case. So I explain that and am still sent out the door. What do you know, the next morning the tire had already lost 12 psi over night. I reached back out and was instructed to bring thr vehicle back in, which is another hour trip. On my second attempt, I'm told that the tire has a puncture in the shoulder and cant me repaired. To make matters worse, my vehicle is awd and you cant just replace a single tire with a new one due to the possibility of drivetrain issues. I guess they dont seem to understand that you can have a tire shaved to match tread depth, tire rack even offers the service. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from this dealer, but that will be my last.

Scatter brained with no organization. Not sure how hard it is to know returning customers, their vehicles, and service history. Ive bought multiple vehicles in a row from here, always serviced here, and still there is less of a welcome than I get at the DMV. The entire service check-in experience is so disorganized, with people yelling from room to room trying to figure out what’s going on, they never know who you are or why you are there. Why do I have an appointment and they act surprised every time show up, no idea who I am, no idea what I want, and no idea what service my vehicle is due for. I ask “did you rotate my tires last time, because if not I’d like it this time” the response is “I have to check you in first” then never mentions anything else about it. Anytime I ask for a shuttle service, which they do provide and I appreciate, they still don’t know the morning of, I have to wait for 30-45 minutes sometimes for the guy to show up, and it’s a complete mess. There is no care about the customer, their time, or providing a quality service. The furniture and overall status of the waiting room is sub par. Provide some quality for your clients. Other service centers are leaps and bounds above. Always got service at the dealership for ease of records, but at this point I think it would be more difficult to get accurate records than it’s worth. I will begin shopping and servicing elsewhere I believe.
