“Horrific customer service. Do not get service here unless you enjoy handing over your hard earned money for unnecessary services and enjoy dealing with attitude and gaslighting from the service manager. Never in my life have I had a certified service center behave like this one. I have since taken my 2025 2500 AT4 elsewhere and will not be back. I will not deal with belittling, conning, condescending behavior after spending a large sum on a nice vehicle. I will gladly take the inconvenience of driving further for a service over the inconvenience of dealing with this service department. I also gave multiple chances before changing locations and writing a review. Do better.”

“The car outside was beautiful and it was clean on inside. They ordered wrong bumper so took a little longer, and forgot to order mirror on visor. They didn't check out mechanical and it had a knocking on driver's side. The person that checked people in and out was wonderful.”
