“I had high hopes for buying a new vehicle from this dealership, but it turned out to be a nightmare. They lied about the car’s history and withheld crucial information about the extensive motor work done on it. Within the first week of ownership, I discovered a faulty thermostat and water pump. I obtained the service records and found out that they had done a whopping 53-point inspection, far short of the required 125-point inspection. If they had inspected the car, they would have likely caught the faulty water pump and thermostat, which had been emitting a thermostat code before I bought it. Despite these issues, they never bothered to fix them. I decided to take the car to another Jeep dealership, where they meticulously redid all the work. But that’s when I encountered even more problems. The valve cover gasket was leaking oil because the motor had been disassembled to replace the rockers and cam. The water pump was also faulty, with half a bolt missing and never tightened. And to top it off, the thermostat was not OEM parts, which they were supposed to use. I had trusted a certified pre-owned vehicle program, but this dealership completely let me down. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to steer clear. The experience was filled with fraudulent activity, and it was the worst first-time buying experience I’ve ever had. It was a shady market, and I will never recommend them to anyone.”

“Service dept is an awesome crew!! We been dealing with a problem on my jeep and still had issues with it after they tried to fix it. They really did work with me and we finally figured out what the problem was and they also figured out how I can cover the problem with the warranty and me not pay for it. They really stayed with the issue and help me other than another dealership where I bought the car at didn’t wanna try to fix it. Came to absher great crew! Even though I didn’t buy my car there they was gonna give me a ride somewhere if I needed it or last week gave me a ride to work. Greatly appreciate them !! Atttttttt 10 stars!!!!”

“Love these guys! I found a Jeep on their website and wanted to test drive it. I live 2.5 hours away and got in touch with Jackson at the dealership. He's very honest and up front, no BS. My wife and I drove down on Saturday morning and drove it to make sure we liked everything about it, and we did. They had several on their lot that we could have been interested in, but this one was perfect for us and had everything we wanted. We got an extremely good deal and are very happy with our purchase. I had the exact opposite experience with another dealer, but Jackson and the entire dealership was very honest and exhibited integrity at every step. My only regret is they are too far away to be my default dealership for my everyday needs. 5 out of 5 stars for Jackson and the whole dealership!”
