We had an outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz of Marietta, and I can’t say enough good things about Benjamin Booker. From start to finish, Benjamin was exceptional helping us obtain a new vehicle for my parents. We were searching for a very specific GLC 300, and Benjamin was able to locate exactly the vehicle we wanted. Throughout the process, he was incredibly patient and persistent, never rushed, never pushy, and always focused on what mattered to us. It was clear that his priority was not just making a sale, but making sure we were truly happy with the outcome. The return of our old lease was completely seamless, and the acquisition of the new vehicle was remarkably painless. Anyone who has gone through a lease turn in and new purchase knows how grueling that process can be, but Benjamin made it smooth, efficient, and stress free. What really stood out was how consultative and transparent he was. He listened carefully, communicated clearly, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. This was easily one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had. If you are looking for a Mercedes, and especially a GLC 300, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Marietta and working with Benjamin Booker. Five stars all the way.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. I work with Nick, and he is truly amazing. His dedication to supporting customers is exceptional. This is my first time owning a Mercedes-Benz, and I am going in this location since 3 year, every service visit to this location has been a great experience. The entire team is incredibly professional and supportive. Recently, I visited for service and realized I had forgotten my laptop. Nick immediately stepped in and arranged a quick cab for me to travel to and from the dealership so I wouldn’t miss my work. He may look like a Hollywood superstar, but what truly stands out is his heart for his customers and his commitment to going the extra mile to help them. Truly outstanding service.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I came in for a simple alignment check after Pep Boys messed it up, and they also suggested completing three recalls, replacing all four tires, and all four valve stems. A couple of weeks later, one of the newly installed sensors failed. When I went back, they replaced that one sensor, but ever since then my van has gone downhill. Now they’re telling me I need to spend $900 to replace all the sensors, even though the other three were working fine before. To make matters worse, I caught one of the employees covering my dash camera (video Available)(I also posted where it should have went)and having a personal phone conversation while driving my van. Very unprofessional experience stay away from this location.

I Assisted my daughter with her first new car purchase. Consultant Ed Hines, Jr. was knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He provided information on all of their products and options as well as what to expect with maintenance and warranty coverage among other things. He is very personable as well, and recommended by me, thanks Ed!

I had been looking for a car for over a year. I visited the Porsche and BMW dealerships. I also visited this particular Mercedes-Benz dealership twice. When I checked in the third time with the front desk, the lady, Pamela, said, "Welcome home." I just loved that! My husband and I had been looking online and came into the dealership that day solely to decide on car models, not to buy a car that day, and we were upfront about that. I had requested a different salesperson than the other two times, and this is when we met Evan Day. Evan was very relaxed, with no pressure, kind, respectful, and essentially a walking car encyclopedia. He was awesome! The next day, I walked out of that Mercedes-Benz dealership with a brand new AMG. Evan was an integral part of that process, and had we not connected with him, we would not have purchased my Mercedes that weekend. He was the only salesperson we spoke with in all those dealerships who truly helped us understand the car, its strengths, and allowed us to feel completely comfortable with the process. It was as if we had spent the entire time with an old friend. So, if you're on the fence about going to this dealership, go in and ask for Evan!
