“Tyrone was EXCELLENT however TOBY was nasty unprofessional and showed 0 empathy about the sunroof that started leaking less than 24 hours and he would not even return my call. I have called multiple times no call back has been returned. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I live over 2 hours away. Beaware of TOBY. Tyrone was very empathetic and cared.”

“I came out today to Marietta Auto Sales and was met by Shawn L. who gave me exemplary service. He was no pressure, highly informed extremely professional, knowledgeable about the specific vehicle in which I was interested and provided really helpful information around the different vehicles I was in the process of evaluating. He shared with me in the most transparent manner, any fees associated with the transaction and like a true sales person, asked me to take action if I liked what I saw.
I really appreciated his laid-back, yet transparent nature. This is someone I would do business with regardless of what he sold.”

“The warranty they sell only covers major stuff like if the engine blows up. It doesn't cover leaks, it considers a head gasket as a wear item and not covered. Seems pretty useless to me given the cost. I tried getting it canceled after I read the fine print, and the dealer hasn't done anything they said they would. They have yet to actually cancel it and refund the money after 2 months. They haven't even put a signature in the email so I have no idea who actually I chatted with in email. They don't awnser phone calls unless you are buying a vehicle. They also never did the registration for my vehicle I ended up having to go to the dmv and take care of everything my self, thankfully I didn't have to jump through too many hoops at the dmv. It would be nice for a dealership to actually do what they are supposed to do. They feel like they are very much a bait and switch dealership, would not recommend them.
To add, I didn't notice this there when I got the vehicle, but the tires had mismatched sizes on the front and rear, thank god I noticed this before any damage happened to the awd system on the car.
Update 12/05/25: got the warranty canceled through the warranty company and they backdated the canceling date, but they said the funds have to get refunded through the dealer so I am really doubtful on them doing their part. Posting the email I sent them to hopefully pressure them to do their job before taking the next steps.
Update 01/19/26: after 3 and half months the refund is finally done. This dealership has a lot to work on in this regard.”
