“Visited this dealer today to check out a car I came across online. Me and Jerry communicated throughout the day. When I arrived I was greeted by Derik who provided me with top notch customer service. He was welcoming, friendly and helpful the whole entire way. Although he was not my salesman, he answered a lot of my questions and didn’t make me feel like just another paying customer. No pressure whatsoever. He was very informative. I dislike when you ask a question and even though a person doesn’t know the answer , they’re not willing to go the extra effort. Derik was the totally opposite. I look forward on doing business at this dealer and I will update after I have had the car for at least 3 months. I have read just about all the other reviews good and bad. I am hopeful that my concerns won’t fall on deaf ears and are addressed. The dealer does allow your mechanic to check out the car before purchasing and they also provide a carfax. I highly suggest you go over it thoroughly making sure the car has been serviced and maintained. Also, make sure the car has a current inspection obtained in the same year you’re purchasing the car (which will be 2025) all used cars sold in the state of ga (metro counties) should have had a current emissions done by the seller of the car. Derik thank you for providing me with a level of service that isn’t easy to come across.”
