I purchased a car from here and sold my vehicle as well. The process was long, unprofessional, and a clerical error on their part cost me $10k. Triple check the fine print when buying from them. My worst car buying experience to date.

It was.....a GREAT and WONDERFUL experience! I was set to give the online car shopping world a try, mainly because my credit is not good. Two choices for me, Carvana and Carmax. I decided to go with Carmax due to the lower interest offered, cheaper shipping, and they had the car that I wanted. Long story short, from the appraisal of my car (trading in), to test drive, to financing, and to the paperwork, things could not go any smoother. Tony S. was my sales person, and he was friendly and super helpful. Also helping was Todd. I could not be happier with the service and the results. Good job guys ! Almost forgot. As I walked in through the main entrance, I could see a guy (Daniel?) started walking toward me from a good distance away, greeted me, and checked me in. I thought that was a VERY NICE and PROFESSIONAL gesture that he did. I would definitely go back in the future, and also would recommend Carmax at Maplewood.

I made an appointment to sell my car at CarMax the day before. When I arrived, they took care of me right away. After reviewing the car and asking me a few questions, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse! An hour later and I walked out the door with my check. So easy, so painless! I will never sell another car any other way.

Purchased a used Audi. Had a couple minor issues with the car and their service after the sale was fantastic! Great crew at this location, especially Tony! Thank You! I’ve also sold a few cars here over the years and they always seem to give the best price around.

We stopped by today to sell one of our vehicles as we are leaving the country. We unfortunately didn't have the title that showed zero lien as we paid the vehicle off years ago. John and a few other staff members went above and beyond to get things sorted out on our behalf. He apologized to us for the wait even though it was our fault! I am extremely impressed with the quality of customer service we received. Thank you so much!!
