“When I looked at it , when I got there was advertised as price with a good price point on it went into negotiations that's where it seemed to fall apart. My truck was worth way more than that. One and they tried to lowball me by close to 3000I told them take another look at it, and then they agreed went through the process tried to read all the small print I could Got to do the paperwork and they had on there. The paint protection package and the low Jack package which I did not want and they said, well that comes with every vehicle which to me means it's already in the price they are showing although They knocked down the price of those 2 items and I did pay for them but I did not want them but they seemed to show that it was mandatory. It was an added cost, not the cost advertised for the vehicle. I came to find out on their website. It said. No, mandatory, add-ons. I'm not understanding. I checked with Texas state law, my understanding of that which may be wrong is they were supposed to take it off, not just lower the price very satisfied with the vehicle and Somewhat satisfied with the sale and trade in. But I should warn people that this is a very sneaky way of adding on prices if they said they were on every vehicle they sell. It should be in the sale price already. Not added, and these 2 things you cannot have on the vehicle already without the price of it being in the price of the vehicle.”

“My second purchase from them in 8 years and it was nice. The salesman and manager were great to work with. Was able to complete almost the whole deal by text or phone without any hassle. Hopefully see Cruz and Angel in October at the Stampede of Speed NHRA Fall Nationals! Thanks,!”

“Finally a positive note on a not so great of a 2025 for me and my family . From the moment Dylan contacted me when I clicked interested on the ad for a 2024 Ram Big horn Lonestar Edition Crew Cap it was nothing but professional service . Dylan set up a time so he could make sure he was available to help me see the Truck or any others to compare. I broke my left leg 4 weeks ago and im still not very mobile. Getting in and out of trucks is tough right now, but they was very patient with me and even asked if there was something they could do to help me get in the truck. Dylan answered my flurry of questions and educated me with professionalism and facts instead of just added opinions into a scripted sales pitch. Everything the Ad showed he confirmed on the truck was true. Wasn't a car lot using a eye catcher to just get you too their lot. I hopped in and took a quick test drive then had to leave and come back due to an appt. They was understanding , and gave same great service when i came back later with my wife. It felt like chatting with your best buddy, instead of a salesman you just met. There's some really great deals on the lot of used and a great inventory of New Trucks , Jeeps , cars , even the new EV. If you are into 4x4 trucks I'd recommend driving in to South Fork CDJR and check out their Rocky Ridge edition Trucks. Want to talk about a great looking packaging front to back for a truck? I wish I had funds for 2 or 3 more. Sorry got side tracked day dreaming . Where was I , oh yeah ! If you think , nah I won't get approved , think again , and head in and Let one of these sales professionals help you out Dylan Florrow , or Gip Sills. They will work their magic on getting you started with a perfect fit vehicle of your liking. Rich Gregory will finish off the great service with a meet and greet hand shake before crunching the numbers and Gaston Gomez in Finance will handle the paperwork friendly , fast, and as painless to the pocket as possible. Quickest and least amount of time ive spent at a car lot buying ever.

Man it was very close to my wife getting that Plum challenger. 2 doors and she UBERS on the side just doesn't match up, but that car melted her heart. It also showed how well you pay attention to customers. You heard her and my son chatting about it , so best sales tactic ever , just pull up pipes mesmerizing the air with their presence, and bring her the keys. I applaud you. Then there's our 16 year old son , he loved the viewing of the new Stage 2, and man them new RAM Trucks are going to fly off the lot. Yall im telling you right now, Truck fanatics that like decked out flare yall ain't ready for whats coming!!!! Dodge is in beast mode 2026!!!!!!

I don't hand out 5 stars easily so you might want to check out this review.
After an awful car shopping experience yesterday, I decided to give Southfork a try. This was the best new car buying experience my wife and I can ever recall. We found a vehicle on their website, set an appointment, test drove it, and bought it! They advertised a very good price online and honored it without a fuss. Brett was a courteous professional that treated us respectfully and applied zero pressure! We talked, agreed, and closed the deal. He didn't try to sell me a bullet-proof paint coating or some other overpriced add-on. He closed the deal with honesty and professionalism.
As you know, at some point you have to go through the finance department. I was dreading this phase, but man was I wrong. Cesar did a tremendous job finishing up the paperwork and finishing off a very pleasant car-buying experience.
