I had an amazing experience purchasing my new F-150 from Big Star Ford. My salesperson, Nate, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to guide me to the exact truck I needed. His manager, Brandon Norman, was also instrumental in making my decision to buy from Big Star an easy one. Ivan in finance made the process simple, comfortable, and stress-free. Lastly, Nate, the General Sales Manager, went above and beyond to help out, which really shows how well the team at Big Star Ford works together to take care of their customers.

Eliseo Ramírez and John were absolutely amazing. I walked in just 10 minutes before closing, and they were still incredibly helpful and welcoming. Even after mentioning he’d had a tough day, he stayed positive and kept a smile on his face. They not only found me a great deal on the part I needed, but even installed it for me same day! These guys truly deserve a raise. Employees like them are the reason customers like me stay loyal and keep coming back.

I purchased a Toyota Tundra 9/23/25 from a salesman named John. I drove several hours to pick up truck and asked him to have it ready cause I needed to get back home. Pulled up to dealership to see truck on the lift getting 2 new tires which I’m grateful for and thought okay they are trying to do business right since they found bad tires and replaced. Now I did drive 4 hrs and you would think they had plenty of time to already have that taking care of but moving forward. After waiting for them to complete that I drive truck all is good go in wait on paperwork just to sign cause I was a cash buyer and they did have all that prepared! Go back outside to find 2 missing lug nuts obviously they missed while changing tires so wait on them to find another vehicle to rob and swap out then finally get to leave and make the long drive home. Next morning I find that yet another lug nut was missing. Sent a message to John still no reply weeks later!! John also told me that he would mail me the spare set of keys and I’ve yet to get a ETA or even a reply for the keys or missing lug nut. I’ve sent text messages I’ve called dealership and nothing. It’s been 2 weeks guess I’ll keep everyone updated once I know. Very responsive before the sale but not so much after.. Ridiculous!

I just purchased my new 2025 Ford Expedition and it was by far the BEST car buying experience and customer service I’ve ever experienced. From arrival Í was greeted and shown in detail how my new car functions, to finance finding best rates and service appraising my trade-in. This staff was absolutely great. 😊❤️
